I recently had my garage door serviced by Overhead Door and I would like to publicly acknowledge the service I received. The technician, Cristian Bustamonte exemplified professionalism, he was very knowledgeable throughout the service call, and he went above and beyond the call of duty during this service call. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future.

Mark, I appreciate your promptness on the garage door. You delivered in a time when many folks word and promises are hollow. The guys did a great job on the install and very happy to have it.

The belt broke on my garage door opener and except for having to order the part directly from the company and wait one week my service was exceptional! The technician Austin was extremely professional and very knowledgeable and he is the one I recommend asking for when you call for service.

Dropped in to get a quote on a roller bay door. The female receptionist up front seemed rather clueless and disappeared to the back of the shop to get assistance for an absurd amount of time. It was around 10 am and they were NO other customers. Curtis came up and asked me what i needed. Clearly explained that I’m looking for a BASIC manual operating bay door. He then brought me out to the supply yard, which turned out to be a waste of time. We then went into his office to form a quote, while preparing the quote his PERSONAL phone kept going off and he kept answering it like i wasn’t even there. He then brought out a pamphlet and explained to me that there’s THREE doors available but he ONLY installs the most “ROBUST ONES” (meaning the most expensive ones). ABSOLUTE unsatisfactory business practice. I priced these doors and they’re around $800 (minus installation), Curtis gave me a quote of $3500……… too bad google doesn’t let you leave ZERO stars otherwise i would. I expressed my displeasure and Curtis could’ve cared less that i was leaving. I do NOT recommend this company to my fellow citizens, shop elsewhere
