Great company, very professional and friendly. Installed our garage door opener quickly and cleanly. Explained everything, patiently answered all my questions. Also charged exactly what they had said on the phone, no hidden fees.

No show. Called and claimed that appointment was never scheduled. Waste of an entire afternoon.

Called yesterday evening and they came next morning. Jamie was fast and awesome! Told me price and was just that. Knows everything there is to know about these doors. Replaced the entire circuit board on the overhead unit in about five minutes. Went the extra mile and programmed my truck to open the doors. Legit company, fast, and I feel reasonable.

I needed my torsion springs because one had broken. I called on Monday and the technician was here the next morning. The technician was prompt and the work was done very quickly, but the speed it seemed had more to do with getting to another job. Several issues with the service was cost. I didn’t get a breakdown of the bill. I didn’t receive my military discount and the $336 price for replacing two springs seems high. I know we’re ruled by money but customer service is important too. I can’t say I would recommend this company again, I would say shop around first then make your decision. I was in a time crunch and didn’t do that. Lesson learned.

Technicians showed up promptly, with great attitudes and were completely professional as well as informative. Pricing was spot on (no garbage fees, charges, other issues, etc.). Finished expeditiously with excellent workmanship and went over repairs with me which showed true pride in their craft. Only company I will ever use again!
