Ovipost, LaBelle FL

I live in Florida about an hour away from this place. I ordered from here as the website says it has fast reliable delivery. It's been DAYS! And I still don't have my order and UPS tracking just shows for some reason that it's in Hialeah for the past 2 days. No one works on the weekends to get a hold of so now I am left with no food for my bearded dragon as well as been waiting for days for this to come in. Some place I could have walked to faster then they can ship it out. It's probably just easier to go to PetSmart and get crickets then waiting on whatever method these people ship with which seems to be super slow even in you live in Florida.

Excellent company. Have only purchased crickets but the shipping is very fast and the crickets have been very healthy. Customer service is outstanding. Will definitely continue getting my crickets from them. If you’ve been getting your crickets at pet stores stop and give Ovipost a try!

I ordered 1000 super worms, and they came in amazing condition and they are doing so good! I will recommend ovipost over and over again!

Very disappointed. I saw raving reviews so i thought id give it a shot. Never again. Shipment was supposed to get here days ago and i still havent gotten them at almost being shipped 2 weeks ago. So im gonna say its safe theyre all dead. Ill buy from elsewhere now

Excellent and the only place I’ll order crickets. Customer service is outstanding and I receive my orders quickly. My last order was delayed by USPS (NOT by fault of Ovipost). After 8 days with USPS my package was delivered with 1500 crickets alive and well in the Florida heat. There is no comparison.

After searching for good prices and for a good company, I decided to take a chance with ovipost after having a few bad experiences with other companies. I placed an order for 250 super worms for my bearded dragon and I was very impressed with the whole experience. Not only are the prices and shipping very reasonably priced, it arrived the next day by 1pm, all the worms were alive and very healthy, the packaging was some of the best I’ve seen and the support team and the company as a whole was fantastic! I will most definitely be using this company for all of my feeder needs for a very long time! Thank you to the company and the wonderful people who provide wonderful experiences.

This is a 5 star company and they deserve it! They always provide me with healthy crickets. I order sometimes twice a month (2000 crickets) and always recieve the best
(and correct size)! Its rare to find one dead. The shipping is super fast, and the packaging is the best you can get! You can save money with them through subscription if you choose (I did and very glad I did, every cent counts). If there is a issue they will correct it immediately. Their customer service and support is super, A+! Always on top of things!

We have 1 bearded dragon & live in an area where pet stores are pretty far away so we needed a subscription based service for our pets food supply. We ordered 100 adult bc he's the only animal in the house that eats insects.when the package arrived no dead crickets & the quality of the crickets looked good BUT we literally got like 5k crickets.we opened the box to a horde of crickets jumping out. We attempted to put them in our little cricket keeper but it was just a sea of crickets. We ended up putting them back in the shipping box & i guess we're gonna go buy something big enough to hold 5000 crickets in. I overcame alot of phobias today & i still feel like they're crawling all over me lol (we changed our subscription from 100 to 50 crickets hoping we don't get a horde of them next time lol)

I order my crickets only from Ovipost. If I ever have an issue, they are ready, willing and able to make sure they satisfy their customer. I particularly applaud Mandy in Customer Service who will rectify any issue I’ve had with delivery. She is a truly a valuable asset to Ovipost. I hope she gets full recognition for her contributions to an organization that exceeds my expectations.

Just opened my box and 100% death rate. Old brown dried up super worms. Can’t seem to figure out how to contact seller through Amazon! Unbelievable!
