Best built trailer I've owned. Had a few discrepancies and Jim was able to get them rectified. Jim is very easy to work with, he has excellent customer service
We were on vacation at Ft Desoto for a week and we’ve just had new axles and hardware put on at another place just before. The hardware was put on over corroded cross member which broke wile on vacation. Owens and sons got me in and out on the same day and had it fixed proper. Thanks to Owens and sons we were able to continue our vacation and enjoy our stay. I would recommend them and probably come over to let them work on my trailer again.
Called them up for a tire and rim for a spare for on of my trailers and Robin was very helpful and had the tire and rim waiting for me in the office when I got there, and at the right price!
Very pleased with Owens and Sons' service. I purchased 2 axles for my 2014 trailer. The whole process was extemely smooth. Mrs. Robin was super helpful. We had some issues with the shipping company and she resolved everyone of them in a timely manner. Thank you guys, keep up the good business
On day one with the trailer, I did over 1200 miles continuously for nearly 22 hours up the east coast. The trailer tracked perfectly at all speeds. Rich and team addressed all my concerns and took extra time to make sure the fitment was perfect before the long haul.
