The Worst Experience, Please Beware! Customer Service is aweful, I lost money and time!
On May 18,2023 I paid for my blazer to be dry cleaned, and I received a receipt with a guaranteed pick up date of 5/23/23.
I returned to pick up my blazer days later on 5/27/23. The lady at the counter who said that her name is Yudith, she told me that my Blazer was not dry cleaned and she showed me the blazer. It was stained and wrinkled. The blazer was never dry cleaned. I requested a refund and the employee said she will not refund me. I asked to speak with a supervisor or to have the name and phone number of a supervisor/Manager. The employee said she will not.
Yudith told me to come back in 3 days for the blazer. I no longer wanted to leave my garment here, so I asked to take my blazer with me. Yudith said that she had to retain it to ask a supervisor. I decided to leave, and as I was leaving the dry cleaner, the employee proceeded to give me the uncleaned Blazer back.
There is no customer service protocol in place. I paid for a service and the employees did not do the service. I was not given the opportunity to speak with a manager, a supervisor, or business owner. I lost money and time. Please save yourself the frustration, and go to a more professional, and customer friendly dry cleaner.
Horrible experience. Be prepared to have missing items and wait 7-10 days for standard dry cleaning. Go to Crown Cleaners, these guys are awful.
