I've personally been using Ozo dry cleaners for the past 5 years and the quality in detail, customer service, and overall experience from when you walk in to when you walk out is just outstanding 5 star service. I personally recommend anyone who requires dry cleaning to please visit Ozo.

Friendly service. Although that could stretch my, shoes the clothing alterations and cleaning are top notch.

Needed a new dry cleaner close by. Very professional reasonable and friendly. August you get your shirts washed instead of dry cleaned.better price.it looks like I found my new dry cleaner.

We use the store on Dixie hwy and their delivery services. Everything is always done with the best care and professionalism. Brenda works the front desk and is amazing. Goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. Highly recommend her and her store

Ozo 2 Eco Dry Cleaners is the only place I trust with my dry cleaning, bulk laundry and even my rugs that need special detail! Its definitely "A Spa for my Clothes" as advertised! The business is woman owned, I love that and they are a local part of the community! Simply the best place for all my dry cleaning needs and they have done hundreds of dress alterations for me over the years. I'm never disappointed! Their free pick up and delivery is so convenient with my busy schedule oh and they also have the best candles and clothes in the boutique! Amazing and with 3 locations! Andrea Barath is AMAZING! They are open for pick up/delivery only. My washer broke (now of all times). I called and talked to her and she could not have been more helpful. She was caring and made sure to guide me through the process. She said they are here to help the community and I really felt that. They are going an extra step for me knowing I won't be able to get anyone in to fix my washer right now. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I have used them before and they do an amazing job! But until now I can't say I've been able to say I've had such impressive service. Thank you Andrea and OZO2!

They shrunk 3 designer dresses and lost a designer jacket (all St. John). They shrunk they so much that they used to be to my knees but now they don't even cover my rear end. I called numerous times and they said they would have someone call me back, but they never did.
The only reason I didn't change after the first couple of disasters is that I was working so much I didn't have time to find another one.

This is the best dry cleaner I have ever used. I have been with them for 4 years or more and I have never been disappointed. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The seamstress does beautiful work in an efficient time frame. The manager, Irina, has helped me with special needs that are outside her scope of work- and done so with pleasure and patience. The clothes smell wonderful not like the chemicals that other (non organic) cleaners use.
