I have been going to ozzies for over 6 years and have never had a bad experience until december 7th 2022. I wanted dee to cut my hair because shes the only person ive ever used and it was the worst mistake ever. Once i sat down i told her i wanted about 3 inches cut off just to remove the split ends instead she cut about 6 inches off and now my hair is above my shoulders. (my hair was to the middle of my back) i feel like she was mad because there were men waiting that wanted a simple haircut that she could take care of and she knew it would take longer to cut my hair. Wont be going back.
