9 All of Jacksonville Public Library is five stars no exception here. I'd put both their new release section and technology as being ahead of the curve.
Example: The Book Return at this location is automated scan and it's returned!
Oh my goodness! This is one of the best children's sections in all of the Jax library systems, purely because of the sweetest librarians I've ever met. I loved how many books that they had displayed for my small child to look at and pick out easily. ALSO one of the librarians read a book to my child that my child had randomly brought her! So kind!
The personnel here are helpful, especially Mr. Fairbrother. There are computers available for use, a really nice children's section and teen section.
DVDs and CDs are available for borrowing.
If you are into puzzles, there is usually a puzzle available for patrons to work on.
Some books that are not available in the library can be borrowed through the library's site or the Hoopla app.

Love this library and so do my kids. It's so clean and quiet and has a helluva selection for children, teens, and adults.
Overall great library. Great Staff and well maintained facility. Would recommend to everyone.
Very nice library, clean, well organized and great staff. They don't always have the books I want or have many of them, so I often order from other branches to deliver here, and the turn in off Beach Blvd is annoying, I wish there was a light or something there, it would drive more people to the Library and the signage is not as visible as one would think and doesn't draw enough attention to this great place.
This library is beyond a shadow of a doubt, the best. They’re always willing to assist you if you ask and they go above and beyond to take care of you as a customer. To Rae Lynn, Hannah, Erik, Jason and everyone else who works there (many of you I know your faces) keep up the good work!
