Absolutely love pacifico properties! As a renter its not always easy dealing with companies but wow pacifico properties is the BEST! Our AC recently went out due to the crazy hot temps and of course it went out on a weekend… peter went over and beyond to make sure it was fixed in UNDER 24 hours! All after hours weekend work too! Work orders are done quickly,

I rented a property that was managed by Pacifico Properties for three years in Jacksonville Florida. In that time Peter and his team have been extremely responsive, accommodating and understanding. They use a digital app for paying rent and scheduling maintenance, they ensure the home is in tip top shape annually and repair things proactively. I have never had such an amazing property management experience as a renter. I would refer my family and friends in a heartbeat to any property managed by Peter.
