8Pacsun is a bit over priced that is the reason i am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 but putting price aside their clothing is beautiful and have great quality and staff is just great.
Customer service was non existent. The associates did not care for anything I had to say. They were too busy talking about a wedding plan vs listening to the customer. There are signs that say buy one get one 50% off. Clearly states on the sign “entire store”… I was told it wasn’t the case without an actual explanation of the fine print which couldn’t have been read due to the sign being on top of all the shelves. I would have at least appreciated an explanation to their marketing and to specify “entire store” if it isn’t the ENTIRE store. Much easier to have a sign that says “selected items”… customer service was so terrible that I felt speaking to a manager would have been useless and a waste of time. Would not come back to this store location.
Sales person: 643653 left a tag on one of my items and I am now having to go out of my way to find a nearby Pacsun to get this removed.
No customer service, fitting rooms were dirty, associate was on her phone at the register and also wearing store product with sensors on
Store closes at 8pm but got here at 7: 30pm and they refused to assist me! Terrible service, expect much more when paying $50 for a t-shirt! Management needs to overhaul this team
RIDICULOUS! The manager is horrible, said he did not want to go the extra mile to help us out. Beyond disrespectful But I will go the extra mile to contact whoever I need to contact to get him fired.
Pacsun Horrible el trato, no me quisieron aceptar 1 devolución cuando sólo había pasado un día de comprar los artículos y la política de devolución dicen 30 días, una falta de respeto más nunca compro en esa tienda.
Very bad service, try to return something I bought the day before and they did not want to make me return, when the return policy is 30 days, nobody knows anything in that store, they are inexperienced people, horrible place
