Took our dog in for annual check and vaccinations in December and the vacinnations were never recorded in his record. They even disagreed they were even done, but after research they determined they were. Very disorganized!

New VETERNARIAN didn't seem to engaging. The technician is more interactive regaurding my cat. Then the vet fee was $95 and had nothing to say. What ever happened to the veterinarians that would come in and talk with you about about the pet with some examination in the room. The prices change to much. My cats have been patients here for about 9 years. Very disappointed this last appt.here There is a set need for having set fire's then increase as needed every year.

They didn't even listen to my concerns with my dog. Almost like they wanted me to leave as quickly as possible. A waste of $200.

Just wanted to take the time to write this review. We were on our way out of Town. Had to take our Cat with us due to existing illness with her. We were giving her fluids and couldn't leave her home with the Dog sitter. That morning we notice the Cat having issues with her mouth, so as we drove out of St. Pete we planned to scout a vet once a vet office was open. We were heading to Silver Springs 1st so we started looking in Ocala. We stopped at Paddack Park Animal Care Ctr, and they agreed to see us without an appointment for the emergency. We barely had to wait, and the Doctor agreed to give our loving pet (Catso) pain meds, and antibiotics so we could take her for any dental she may need immediately upon return. Usually the Vet cannot do dental until they have had antibiotics. We were so appreciative of the Dr. 1st for seeing us on short notice, but the care he took to understand our dilemma so the Cat could get ongoing care without waiting.
Thanks Paddock Park for your kind attention and compassion.
Sincerely, Bonita & Karen Osbon

We moved to Ocala a couple of months ago and need to take our 17 year old dog to a Vet clinic, so they make it very easy to schedule an appt.to see the vet. Very happy with the staff and Dr. Gonzalez. Thanks

Dr. Loren was great! Not sure if I spelled her name right or not. She got right down on the floor with my dog and was playing with her, explaining all the results.

Editing my review. Was originally 5 stars. Not anymore after the experience I had today.

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up. I went to Paddock Park Animal Care a year ago & had my dog tested for heartworm so that I could keep her on the heartworm preventative & got the negative test results and bought the preventative from 1800 PedMeds. On Wednesday I went in & got my dog tested again & she was negative & they gave me another site that they said might be cheaper than 1800 PedMeds truth it wasn't, so now here it is Friday & the male receceptionist just told me the vet clinic is not filling scripts for other places, that I'd have to come get the script from them. Not only is this wrong, this is bad for business. Be warned that Paddock Park is apparently trying to force people to buy the meds from them. If this isn't straightened out, I will go to a different vet from now on.

Expert Drs.very thorough, kind & efficient. Came here due to ineptness of another vet - these people sent out samples to be tested and found 3 ear infections! The inferior vet just kept selling me different meds.

Plan on giving yourself an extra 30 minutes of wait time before you're seen. They're pricy, fyi. One employee suggested another vet stating they were several hundred dollars cheaper. With that said they really do care and seem knowledgeable.

They were only concerned with an aggressive sales pitch of selling us x-rays and blood work for an already heart worm positive dog we adopted. We scheduled a sedation visit for his initial heart worm injection 2-months ago and they call mid day to tell us the shot has not arrived, ok no problem, I was told it should be in within a few days and they will call us, the call has never come so I started calling politely regarding the arrival of the shot and I am brushed off everytime. Other vets in the area have the injections, so what's the problem. Not impressed with this level of ineptitude regarding my pets health.

Dr. Jason is the best! He is thorough as thorough gets. What I truly love is the Dr. Patient collaboration. I have 3 senior dogs and two with elderly complications. We collaborate together between my observations as a pet owner and his findings through examination, bloodwork and history to find the best solution that fits our budget and current situation. Understanding what is happening with your animal and being a part of that solution is priceless. Thank you for your heart and compassion not only for our animals but the owners that care for them! You are appreciated. The staff is excellent and knows their customers and their pets. Staff is apatient and understanding during the good, bad and indifferent times as our beloved pets age in place. Your goodness, grace and kindness do not go unnoticed. Thank you!

I brought my cat there as a new client after having a sub par experience at the last vet. I was very impressed with how the two vet tech women and Dr. Jason handled him. They were caring, compassionate and very thorough.

It is so obvious Paddock Park Animal enjoys loving on and caring for everyone's precious 4 legged children. They greet our dog, Pepper, like a long-lost friend making her feel so loved it definitely reduces all of our anxiety when she is needing medical care. Thank you for 30+ years of caring for our babies.

Always very good with our animals and unlike other places don't just push pills, they look for what's wrong and do their best to help the animal.

We boarded our dog there for the first time ever, as in the first time ever boarding him. They kept him in a quiet room because he is almost blind and gets very scared and skittish when he hears noises oh, so I was very grateful for that. I would use them again in a heartbeat

New to the area and our four legged son developed an eye irritation. I was able to secure an appointment the same day I called. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The Vet that saw him provided good care and follow up. Could not have asked for a better experience.

A couple of weeks ago our dog have blood on her feces. We called to make an appointment.they told us they can't see it until 5 days. So we end up going to emergency in UF. They gave a dog a complete examination including the blood test. Today We have an appointment for rabies shot for my 2 dogs. The doctor don't mention that she did a fecal examination. When I got home I look at the bills the charge as Fecal examination that we don't ask to examine her. The charge as for a Lab Snap Heartworm test that it will due next year. What a riff off clinic. The stole you blind. I called the clinic about it. They argue that the doctor did a fecal examination. Why the do an examination without asking the owner? And they told me to put it back the money that they overcharge me. Let it see if they put it back on my card. Lousy in cutting dog nail it was bleeding. Advice to the people that come to this clinic be aware. What a highway rubbery. Very corrupt.

Paddock Park Animal Care is awesome. From the minute I walked in with our 11 year old cat Trinka till the time we left the the staff treated us with the highest respect. Our Doctor (a true specialist) identified her problem give me an education on her illness and treated her issue. In the 11 years of her life we never had a Vet that we truly could trust like Paddock Park Animal Care. Thank you so much.
