Paella & Tapas reviews
16Ordered the seafood paella for 2. Very well done. Service was amazing. Would definitely go back to try everything else.
Best Paella and Special Rice in Tampa Bay Area. No doubts, authentic Mediterranean food made me remember flavors of Spain.
This food is amazing! Croquetas amazing, seafood paella amazing, we even tried Spanish tortilla! They are very attentive and nice and the prices are reasonable. We took our food to go and they even let us borrow a paellera.
My experience, WONDERFUL!
What a great place.
Food is excellent in every way, absolutely the BEST paella and home style serve yourself right from the pan. Don't Hesitate Your Experience Will Be A GREAT ONE!
Had the place to ourselves! Our group came and ordered 2 paellas and scarfed them down. We also love hot sauce and it went great on them.
Also remember to scrape the bottom! The crispies that form add to the texture.
We had the chicken Paella. It was so flavorful and delicious. The food is made from scratch and super fresh! Definitely going back.
Had a seafood paella a few days ago and it was delicious. My wife and I ordered 2 portions for us that was served in a large paella pan. It was plenty of food and the leftovers were tastier the following day.
Got to the food truck after the lunchtime rush, so we were able to talk to Patricio, the owner, about how he makes the paellas. Very friendly and a great individual.
Will definitely go back very soon.
Stopped in here after many years of wanting to give it a try. I was blown away and disappointed I had not tried this place sooner. My husband and son are allergic to shellfish so they ordered the chicken paella and I the seafood paella. This was as authentic as it gets. Cooked by the owner who is from spain, and made while I waited, it was worth it. For those who may not be aware, paella on average takes at least 1/2 hour to cook. The shellfish was fresh and the meal was absolutely delicious. They have a pretty simple menu, nothing too extravagant but everything authentic. A true hidden gem. If you've never given tru Spanish food a try, you won't be disappointed with this place.
Delicious paella and tapas! Love the food and the owner is wonderful. He was at the Trinity Farmers market. We look forward to going back to his open air restaurant! Thank you!
Amazing paella, fresh and very tasty. Great service, beautiful presentation and very friendly. Great price and huge serving! Waited about 20-25 mins for a Paella mixta for one, well worth waiting! But you can also call ahead to avoid the wait. Love it, it is one of my favorite spots now, highly recommended.
Great Paella for Christmas! Delicious and the ammount was great. Excellent price and quality.
My wife and I tried this place the other day. To say the food is great is an understatement.
The food is made with affection, and you can taste it. The smell of the paella gave us a feeling of being in Madrid. After the first bite, I was convinced I was there. This isn't just food, it's art and I'm grateful to have experienced it.
Paella. From a food truck. No, really, good Paella. Order ahead, or be prepared to wait. Eat some appetizers if you're impatient. Paella takes time and can't be rushed, which is why few restaurants make it.
A year later, still great. Best Paella in the area.
I decided to let my parents off the hook and to give them a (Well needed) break from hosting Christmas dinner. I have been really trying to lose weight and I knew that I wanted to do Seafood instead of Turkey, or ham, lasagna, etc. I decided to do either a Portuguese style Mariscada or Paella. Upon Googling “Best Seafood Restaurant near me, ” I found Paella and Tapas. After reading all of the reviews with 5. Stars, another five stars and another, I was sold. I called to place an order and was excited to find out that they take orders and I could pick up my order on Christmas Eve for Christmas day. The gentleman who answered the phone was so polite and personable, it was refreshing. So, I picked up my order for a six person, seafood paella. Not only did I receive my order, which looked absolutely delicious, some stock to pour over prior to heating, aïoli sauce, and a very delicious pastry. Such sweet people, who I’m going to assume are father and daughter. It was definitely delicious. My husband and I will always go out of our way to support small businesses and we’re happy we did! He actually told me to keep the pan and I just returned it a little while ago, while placing an order for a meatball sub. The sub looks delicious! What a great new place we’ve found and will definitely continue to use! Thank you so much!

When you taste the food you can tell Patricio loves what he does. I recommend you come by and try it out.
Food is fresh and delicious. The prices are reasonable.
The food here is fantastic, super fresh and so very authentic. Everything is worth trying and worth the wait, don't be fooled by the unassuming location. One of the best food in town and the friendliest, kindest man making it happen. Will be going here regularly.
