3 rd set of plans he has done, we are pleased with him.
Terrible and unprofessional you will loose your money energy and most importantly time. And you will have to start over your project from beginning with a new and professional people after all the frustration. He will give your documents with so many mistakes and will keep promising to fix for months and months and you will be either hanged with him because you have already given him money or you will end up hiring a new professional people.
Very, very, very unprofessional. He was recommended by a neighbor and it was the worst decision of my life. He promise to have the Blueprints ready in 10 business days and it's been 4 months and still nothing. His word worths NOTHING! STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY. I was robbed.
