Pain Care Florida - West Palm Beach

Terrible initial contact for new patient seeking help. Filled out online form 2X. No response after 48 hours both times. Call gets sent to mailbox which advises that mailbox is full? Full? A pain doctor's office. Full. Do not waste your time. They do not respond and/or are unable to properly staff their front office. Hippocrates is rolling over.

I just started going to this Doctor four months ago, and I'm very impressed with the staff and the Doctor.

The last few times I have been there no one has taken my blood pressure or any info like they use to.
But besides that been going there for eleven years and hope they see me as a person and not just a patient number.

Angela is always caring and concerned about one’s wellbeing. Other staff are welcoming and pleasant.

The staff here goes above and beyond and actually treats you like you're human and not just a dollar sign. Betsy is the best. She's caring and she actually listens. Wish I could give you guys 10 stars!

I like Dr. Regenbaum, Betsy and the staff quite a bit. I have a broken neck and SCI with complex pain issues.
They are much better than the extremely large pain management group that kept changing doctors and office staff like they had a revolving door I was with for many years before changing practices.

The professionals at Interventional Pain Physicians of South Florida are lifesavers. I have a serious chronic condition and I have to say the excellence in compassionate care and followup has been stellar and consistant throughout the years despite these turbulant times. Much thanks to all including the office staff as there is never a wait to see my doctor and visits always run smoothly.

Appts are always promt, and the medical personel always courteous.

I get the prescriptions fo my medications that are necessary for my well being.

Always on time and willing to try different methods to help with pain. Dr. Regenbaum is awesome.

I always have a wonderful experience every time I visit international pain physicians the staff is always very helpful and friendly. I feel so much better since being seen by dr weildenbaum

Betsy, NP, is truly the BEST! So kind and caring. Always has your best interest at heart. Very knowledgeable.

Staff was very Professional and kept Patients information private. The wait time was approximately 10 minutes or less.

Dr S Reganbaum is my Superman. I have been in so much terrible pain due to knee replacements, multiple back injuries and surgeries. My pain has steady increased as I age (over 70) the angels at intervention pain management give me some relief from this relentless pain I endure 24/7.
Shout outs to Dr Sheldon Reganbaum, Dr Angela Gomez and the wonderful checkout and scheduling staffer with the awesome eyelashes (you know who you are)

I have an appointment every month
I really don't think that it is so important that i have to physically be there for my appointment. Especially since i'm challenged physically by my imune system. I would like more virtual visits.as i feel like I'm exposed to covid by having to be in office! I don't see the difference.

Very welcoming and helpful office staff. Not sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of securing an appointment. I was taken into the exam room a few minutes early. Dr. Reganbaum's MA was professional and efficient. Dr. Regenbaum spent quite a bit of time with me going over a past MRI compared to the new MRI. Overall excellent experience. Dr. Regenbaum is very knowledgeable and informative.
