First, the receptionist can’t handle work pressure. Second, she is rude, very confrontational, no customer service oriented at all. I feel threaded just for asking to use the restroom.
The nurses are ok, Dr Micovic doesn’t want to answer questions at all. Try to ask about the medication, he was reluctant to explain about it. He didn’t even answer one question. There is something said about Florida. If you want to die slowly move to Florida. And it’s confirmed with the terrible healthcare in the state.
I also read the office is not a friendly environment for Hispanics, I am Hispanic, I don’t want to throw the r card.

Wait for ever after arriving on time for appointment. Can’t even get me in on time when I’m the first patient. I waited 2 hrs after showing up early once. They need a new scheduler. Cape Coral is the same way. Show up in time and wait for ever to be seen.

I am a life enrichment director at a local retirement home. A resident of mine had a 3pm appointment, he was late on account of our transportation running behind schedule. He called ahead of time to let the doctor know he would be late, and he was told he had a 15 minute window or they could not see him. We pulled into the parking lot at 3: 12, and he walked in the doors at 3: 13. He was still told that they could not see him, even though he made it within the 15 minute window. The same resident has waited over an hour to see the doctor before. Now, even though he is in excruciating pain due to a torn ligament, he can’t be see until September 11th, which is multiple weeks away.

Dr. Repogle @ staff are very professional an excellent at their jobs. I am very pleased with the service I get.

I love the doctors but the management is horrible. Always overbooked and have to wait 30 mins to an hour to see your doctor. Even when they call you right back.

I have always had a pleasant experience at my physician office which really helps when your in pain.
Today I had an urgent matter and walked in without an appointment but it needed immediate attention. I understand there is protocol the office has about walk ins, but to be told by the second floor receptionist that will take another 48 hours for help. I went to first floor to maybe talk to my doctor my Dr.wasnt in today but the receptionist JENISE was very helpful an she got me the help I needed she took the time to listen to my requests and knew it couldn't wait another48 hrs.sometimes a caring attitude makes all the difference.

I am a former patient- we moved and I no longer can be a patient bc of the laws in FL (I am on the east coast now). This is the best pain management facility in the state of FL. Every single PA and Doctor listen to and treat you as an individual. Melinda, Dr. Martinez, Dr. Acosta everyone- the staff truly care for and compassionately treat pain. This facility saved my life when my chronic pain was taking any quality of life I had from me. I cannot find another pain management on the east coast who will treat me- they are all a nightmare. We never would have moved had we known I would lose the medication and migraine injections I needed to have a quality of life. My husband died in a horrific accident a year after we had our baby and now I am left as a single mom with no breaks in horrific pain. If you are a patient here DO NOT LEAVE if the meds and treatment plan they have you on make life worth living other pain management clinics rarely honor other doctors treatment plans. This review is to thank this clinic for giving me an incredible quality of life for five years and to warn people who are current patients not to leave because you could lose the quality care that you are getting from these doctors who actually care about you.

I have being seeing Dr Micovic for about 3 years. I love him. I recently had a pain stimulator put in. That really has not went as we hoped for. Dr Micovic is a great doctor, but then I was told I needed to see the ARNP, that I couldn't see Dr Micovic, all after a pain stimulator implant. Well she was horrible to say it the nice way. And now about the past 3 to 6 months forget talking to someone when you call and need something. My prescriptions are not sent in, prior authorization are not done, you go without medication. You see a doctor and you discuss your medication and he says he will send them. Well forget that and then no one will answer or call and help you. I saw him Tuesday at 8am, it's Friday evening and no medication at the pharmacy. And the staff are just down right rude and nasty these days. They are causing more stress on me and making my condition worse. Due to this even though I have an awesome doctor, I am now looking for another clinic due to the staff. And this happens 3 months after the doctor implants a device in my back. I'm not happy with this at all. And because of the on going issues with the staff I do not recommend this clinic. Doctor is great, but you have to have a great TEAM to go with it or it just doesn't work.
Very sad things have come to this point.
