If I could give them a zero I would. They lost our box and then once we open a claim they wanted proof of everything that was inside the box and all proofs were given to them and it still took them almost one year for them to response back and still they only gave me 400$ for my box not even half of what they lost. Never again will I use them. Bunch of crooks is what they are!
