They deserve nothing at all! I went in to buy boxes thinking they had uhaul boxes because in the front of the store it has a sign saying uhaul, I mean the whole store is filled with boxes so I just assumed. So I proceeded to ask if I could just buy about 10 of the largest boxes they had, they started laughing at my face and asked what size? I said the large ones. They said no we need a size we don’t go off that. I said okay what are the sizes. He said the sizes and I told him the size I wanted and he said that they only had 7 and I said okay no problem. I’m about to pay them he informs me that they are $20 per box! Excuse me $20? That’s way to much for a box that I will be tossing out! He said that they are special boxes yet not informing me what’s so special about them. Then they were all talking within themselves and start making fun of me. I’m too nice of a person to say anything so I just left before I did say something. Just go next door I got my XL boxes for about $2! I hope they all get fired.

DON'T RENT A UHAUL HERE! They will not help you even if you have a paid one. They just tell you to call a phone number and keep talking to themselves. They dont even have the system to rent uhauls. Thankfully the uhaul representative they tell you to call is helpful.

Avoid avoid avoid! Worst customer service! I bought an item at auction and the Gallery local to them directed me to use this shipper. After contacting them via email 4 different times with some very basic questions regarding their process and fees they would never answer anything directly. Felt very shady from the get go. Then when I pressed to get a rough estimate of what it would cost to ship this 10 pound bowling ball sized item that was not worth more than $1000 they abruptly quoted “probably around $400”. What a joke. Real life scam artists. Take your business elsewhere please

Called the store at 9: 45 am to see if they are open so I can get a document notarized before work. They said they open at 10 a. I waited outside for 30 minutes and called back and my calls were ignored. This is why I do not like supporting smallWe businesses very unprofessional and never open when they say they are! Ended up going to the UPS store. Thanks for NOTHING.
