9I had a fantastic experience at Pak Mail. I showed up with 7 very large, very heavy boxes destined for Portugal. Their very helpful staff guided me through the international shipping process, found the best price for the packages, and repacked the boxes to ensure the contents arrived safe and sound. The post office actually sent me to Pak Mail because they were unable to assist. I'm so happy that they made that recommendation, 10/10
Wow I left my car keys in Key West. The hotel let me know 4 hours later after I was off the keys. We came from Ft Lauderdale and we’re only staying one more day before heading back to Ohio. Good. Res Pak Mail overnighted my keys back to me next day by noon! I had an air tag and watched it it actually went via air lines.
Super helpful and friendly employees! We had issues with the local UPS and came here for our home closing (notary services). So glad we did. The adorable shop dogs made it such a fun errand for us. We will be back if we ever need anything shipped or signed again!

I was quoted $15 per package for receiving packages to hold til I got there by boat. Most places charge $2 to $3. That's totally unreasonable.
I was recommended the service by a friend. Everything went so smoothly. Our property arrived, across the border, everything cleared seamlessly. The truck driver was amenable to deliver into our car port which was great because rain was looming. When we unpacked, everything was secure and arrived in perfect shape. Truly excellent service
