Today we had the misfortune of having to send mail at this location. The mail I had to send is literally a small classic envelope with three papers and a tracking label inside. My mother asked for the cheapest option to which they first told her $35 and then told her it would be $66. Ive sent numerous packages this size and bigger, there was no time requirement, for way cheaper. There is zero reason why this should cost $66 dollars. I was shocked at $35 and outraged at $66. More so, the owner has no sense of how to manage her own business which is the saddest thing of all. She has a poor choice of words and an even poorer attitude. I hope that she can learn to get it together so that she wont lose all of her business. Also, the word “im sorry” should become part of her vocabulary and the words “not my problem” should leave said vocabulary.

Bottom line:
1. You can send your mail cheaper somewhere else
2. You can send your mail at a place where you dont have to pay $66 to hear rudeness.

They are so lovely in this store! I’ve been using them for years. Helpful and knowledgeable - always helps me with my shipping options. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Unorganized location.it was super confusing to understand the employees and the store was locked 1h before the closing hours

Echoing the other reviews, lady working is so rude and clearly bothered to be there. I literally am dropping off a labeled package to go out for delivery and she says to me “I’m clearly in the middle of something” before I even said anything? No need to be nasty

The lady who attends always has a rude and arrogant attitude. The location is convenient but the customer service is really poor.
