For many years, they have been packing and shipping artwork for me. They are so helpful in every way, meticulous in making cardboard crates and handling shipping details. They are both professional and kind, making good suggestions and coming to the rescue on "last minute" requests. Because I am shipping things of significant value on a regular basis, it has been great to have someone I can completely depend on to get the work safely to its destination! It’s saturday which clearly states they open at 10 am. I came at 10: 15 and it is still closed and is a huge inconvenience especially since I came accidentally at 9. Please stick to your hours because customers will actually rely on them

Great service. They packaged and shipped show materials back to headquarters with no damage. They packaged as promised. A little pricey but permitted us to schedule the freight carrier so we saved money. I would recommend them.

Best/easiest place to find notary services near USF. My current bank couldn’t help me. My previous bank couldn’t do it, even for a fee, because I was no longer a member. FedEx office couldn’t do it, not could my apartment complex leasing office. Pak Mail helped me, after asking me the most obvious question: did you search online for a notary? I had, but I was sure I could get help elsewhere, without looking through a dozen online listings.

Worst service. They don’t care about customers packages, regardless of the situation. They have an excuse for literally everything.

I had a storage unit that needed to be shipped back to CT. The owner went to the unit, packed the unit and shipped the contents back. It was an easy process and saved me allot of money and time.

They handled freight shipment of a very valuable, large, heavy, but fragile electronic component for me. First class service and very reasonable cost.

I have been a customer for 3 plus years and will continue to be! The Patel family is always very courteous, friendly and professional and no matter how "silly" my question may be to me, they explain the process completely as though I were the only person in the room. Owner was very busy but managed to be extremely helpful and courteous to meet my specific needs while attending multiple customers. I needed a notary to complete specific forms & to then scan and email them. He notarized my forms & had a scanner and a computer on site which allowed me to submit my documents that day. I would definitely go there again because of his customer service and support.

We had sent rent from this location 2 months in a row and was never received in mail. They charge too much and aren't very nice.

I can't say enough good things about this business. Sent a very large item over 300 pounds and the owner helped me get it off my truck palletize it and shipped it. He saved me so many headaches. Very good service very good price I will not hesitate to use them again.

I had to ship some very large and awkward sized instruments (among other items) to California and the owner really worked with me on providing fair rates and exploring the most efficient / cost effective way to package the goods. He was very friendly and customer service oriented. I have no problem giving 5 stars and recommending this Pak Mail location.

Operating this type of business presents many opportunities to accidently make an error. We have used their always courteous service for many years and have experienced very few errors. It is unlikely that you will be disappointed.

Had them pickup and ship some items from Florida to Erie cost was a little high but the packaging was done very well. $240 to pickup, pack and ship 3 items 2 were 44 pounds 1 was 26 pounds
