2The employees are incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. I had to ship a large, bulky box. I asked if I can prop the door open to make it easier for me to get it from my trunk and carry it in. The 2 gentlemen went above and beyond. One came to get the box out of my car while the other had a hand truck. I handed them the return label and was on my way. Definitely would recommend using them for all of your mailing/shipping needs.
A young man who claims to be the manager of Pak n Ship off Vanderbilt, will not give an answer, give an exacti price, he.first I’m told $139, then approx. $100, then approx $92, then when I demanded an exact price it was $90. WHEN I COMPLAINED HOW DIFFICULT IT IS TO DO BUSINESS WITH HIM AND ASKED WHERE THE NEAREST DHL OFFICE ACTUALLY IS
