The customer service is horrible and unprofessional. They keep you waiting, even though you have an appointment. I had a 3: 00 P. M.appointment and they told me at 3: 15p.m. That it would be about another 30 minutes or as they thought it was better to take a walk in instead of a person with an appointment. I would not recommend them to anyone.
This place is absolute trash. They keep lying about when shipments are actually coming, they break people’s frames and claim it’s not “their responsibility” when they never said anything about that before hand. Then they take your glasses and you have to go throughout the weeks without a way to properly see and when you call them and ask what’s going on they never give a proper and reasonable explanation. Terrible place. 0/10 will never go back.
Worst place to ever go over priced quality is horrible and staff has no knowledge in the optical Field no licensed optician and no basically knowledge over your better going to walmart or américas best but WILL NOT RECOMEND ANYONE TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE

I called to set an appointment for my daughter who had broken her glasses and was due for a checkup. They fit us in and were polite and quick. It took a couple days to get the glasses but now she has two frames and is a happy girl.
My daughter has two different prescriptions (one for each eye) and it can take some time for any eyeglass lab to have her glasses ready in a timely manner. I think they did a fine job.
