Great condo with beautiful style. Loved that the tennis courts were already setup for pickleball. Views were stunning and you could see the sunsets easily.

First time staying at Palacio while visiting the inlaws for a long weekend. Hate that it took us so long to find this condo. Stayed in the Perdido area for years and missed out on Palacio. The unit is extremely well cleaned and stocked. The property is beautiful with great pool pool areas and easy beach access. Also right across the street from the Jelly Fish with other shops.

We will be staying there again. Highly recommend it.

I know you've stayed at all the condos on the beach, but this one is a gem! Booked through VACASA. This condo is spacious and nicely decorated. (The pictures are true at the website) And very CLEAN! Easy beach access. Parking is across the street, and you are in walking distance to many shops and restaurants. 20 minutes from Gulf Shores, this area is a little quieter but you are close to everything! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful weekend at the palacio!
My family and i stayed at palacio 102 last weekend and loved every minute of our stay! The weather and the beach was absolutely perfect! The condo is very spacious and clean with all the amenities you need. It was absolutely perfect for our family! The main bedroom was huge, with enough room for an air mattress if you had kids that need the extra sleeping space. We were very thankful for the washer and drier to wash out our swim suits and beach towels each day. The full kitchen had all the comforts of home! The only thing i would request is a hand held shower sprayer! After a day playing in the sand and the waves with my niece it would have made cleaning up a lot easier. Especially with the low water pressure you sometimes get.the first floor was perfect for us! It was an easy walk for us to get to the pool and to the beach access with no need for the elevator unless we had to carry a lot with us. The balcony over looked the pools and the beach and made for a nice breakfast spot.when we were there they we doing construction, so half of the parking lot was taken up and we had to park across the street most of the time. It wasn't a big deal for us but i could see how it would be hard for elderly guests. But to be fair, it was stated when i booked the room that construction was going on so it didn't come as a surprise. Also, the hot tub was out of order when we were there. I was disappointed but not enough to change my opinion of how wonderful palacio 102 is. I will be back and i hope often! Honestly i didn't want to leave!

We loved our stay at 204 Palacio. It was comfortable, beautiful and we all felt right at home. Suzie made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay perfect in every way! Highly recommended!

This was the second time I stayed at Palacio 904 and the condo is beautiful and very spacious. I will be back we are beach bums and perdido beach is the best!

This condo was absolutely amazing. Spacious, clean, Accommodating in everyway. Any questions I had I got a very quick response. The view was breathtaking any time of the day or night. We seen all kinds of marine life down at the beach as well as from our balcony. Not a huge tourist of an area so it's very peaceful and nowhere close to overcrowded. The pools were kept clean and overall a beautiful atmosphere. Without a doubt the most relaxing vacation I have ever been on. My family thanks you and can't wait to come back!

Highly recommend this condo! Beautiful ocean views! The balcony is awesome, actually spent more time there than the beach! Master bedroom has a phenomenal view as well! They could use more elevators but the two they have are pretty fast. Great place, will definitely stay again!

Beautiful property
All the comforts of home with a large balcony and beautiful view of the ocean. Added bonus of washer and dryer, beach toys and beach chairs was great. Would certainly visit again. Nearby restaurants, grocery store and shops was very convenient.

I have a lot to say about this place. The pros are location and view. The cons are security thinking its the five seasons, no working dryer for a week, no support help from the front desk about dryer, had to report dryer three times before a technician came on Thursday, two days before we left. We tried drying towels on the deck and security immediately came upstairs to complain. For $4200, I just feel bummed out. If prices were pre-covid and about $1200-$2000 then I don't think I would be so upset. In addition, we paid over $300 dollars for 5 beach chairs for the week, and we would always have to remind them to bring the fifth chair and on Saturday they didn't bring them at all because they said we paid M-F. Make sure to wear your arm bands everywhere. Make sure to remember the code to get in condo, door to main condo entrance, and gate code. Our condo on the 10th floor was okay but the furniture looked like it came out of the dirt cheap store.

Condo was nice and well maintained. We only had two issues with the room (Oven took over 35 minutes to reheat to 400, and one bathroom door would not latch or lock) Balconies are large and we spent a lot of time out there. Pools are clean and well maintained, and the condo is pretty strict about wearing your armband. Parking and elevators can be issues depending on the time of day. The beach was nicer and less crowded about 200 yards to the west (toward orange beach). I suggest taking the condo walkway out to the beach and then turning right until you find that sweet spot. There is a Publix less than 2 miles away for your necessities. That's super convenient. "The Crab Shack" nearby is also amazing. Make sure to give them a go.

Got a great beach and pool. I recommend, when you get it on discount. Be prepared to pay attention to fast traffic!

The condo itself was nice and had all the amenities we needed. However, the beach front was completely covered by commercial umbrellas (which were kinda small) and chairs that had to be rented, and those were usually reserved for the first three rows from the shore. There is virtually no space at all for personal beach chairs or umbrellas. If you like bringing your own equipment to the beach and setting it up how you like, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

It was a great visit at the Palacio Condominiums. We spent a week there in a 2 bedroom condo on the 14th floor. The weather didn't cooperate fully, but we still had an amazing time! There are two pools (one lap pool and one family pool), one hot tub and tennis courts. There is a workout room as well, if you are looking to get a workout in while on vacation. The rental property is managed by Vacasa and they were extremely easy to work with.

Just a few negatives, the room wasn't fully stocked with items. Only one packet of dishwasher detergent, only 2 rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and no extra blankets.

There were extra pillows and one extra set of sheets for the pull out couch, but no blanket. There were plenty of bath towels for both bathrooms.

We had a great family vacation and can't wait to go back again in the near future.

Great condo with everything we needed. View was awesome and close to a few restaurants. Pool was nice and beach access was close to pool area.

Nice place. Very strict security. Be sure to have parking passes visible and wrist bands on at all times.

Such a great place!
Super clean and spacious condo with wonderful views! Beds are very comfy too! The only thing that really needs updating is the pots and pans they are bad.we were super impressed with the entire vacasa team and brandon and his beach chair crew! They all took excellent care of us! Big shout out to molly with vacasa for all the help to make the week perfect for my family!
