This staff is very friendly starting from reception, nurses, nurse practitioner and drs. Awesome experience. Next urgent care I will be coming back!

My visit was very fast. 20 minutes from the time I entered and started paperwork to the time I left. It was a first doctor's visit with my service dog in training. Nobody said a word about him, even when he made a mistake and broke his heel to sniff the doctors boot. It made a high anxiety experience very reassuring and I am very pleased with the care I received. The receptionist, nurse that took my vitals, and doctor were all very kind and respectful.

Dr Ryan was awesome took time to explain my fluid on my heart in a easy way to understandand answered all my questions. Nurse I felt was not as understanding of Covid and the aftermath it causes dismissing my symptoms as something else. I would come back to see Dr. Ryan again, he was truly a listening and caring Dr.

Very pleased with the quick service very healpful and employee's very nice if will use them again if needed.

Wish we had gone to this office first, instead of a miserable visit to a local hospital.within 10 minutes, the staff zeroed in on what was the issue, and, provided the medications to get my wife starting back on the right track to health.i can't say enough about these folks.they saved my wife's life!

They didnt listen to me well, the nurse asked me the symptoms then walked out of the room while I was talking and never finished listening and the nurse practitioner didnt listen well and didnt answer any questions about my issue. She simply gave me a quick look, said she didnt see an issue then prescribed some medications and left in a rush.

Prompt and super friendly service. My exam was thorough and not rushed at all like many times i find in urgent care facilities. When I had continuous issues have my device Rx filled they went above and beyond helping me to get that fixed. I know it was probably an unneeded annoyance for them but they did so without making me feel that way. I would recommend them for sure!

Professional, friendly and timely staff.
This was my second visit to MedFast in 6 months. Both times the staff was timely and professional. The doctor was professional and to the point.explained the results perfectly.

My mother and I came in to MedFast for sinus and coughs
They were very cordial and prompt with our check in
The PA took us both back at the same time and we were finished in less than 35 minutes

All they were concerned with was getting my payment. Doctor walked in and asked why my shirt was off after they did and EKG? I should have left then

I was seen quickly, and the diagnosis was accurate. The course of treatment he prescribed greatly improved my condition. Thanks to Med-Fast for their help when I needed it most!

My only suggestion for improvement is, put some better signage on the road so it is easier to find your entrance.

Even though the only thing they did was make me go to the E. R, everyone was very nice and listened to me. The P. A. I saw was Victor. He was very kind, listened well, and really seemed to be worried that I wouldn't go to the E. R. I did go so now my problem is taken care of. I'm glad MedFast was available to set me on the right path!

I had an excellent experience, fast turn around from the time I signed in and very efficient. Two things, I didn't get an any exit instructions, I would have liked some type of exit document where it read what test I got and the medication I received on site. I would also recommend name tags:) that would have made the experiance a 5/5.

Front desk ladies were excellent the doctor was excellent and the prescription he gave me worked I was there in the afternoon and by that night the pain of gout in my wrist was gone thank you

Thank you for your professional treatment. And thank you for having something a lot of medical professionals seem to lack that is a sense of humor. I may be sick or in pain, but laughter is truly good medicine. 5 *'s and recommendations.

The doctor was very friendly as was the staff. He did a quick exam and then prescribed medication. The only problem we had was that the office and room was very cold and the wait was a long one.

My visit to MedFast Urgent Care was due to severe allergies causing shortness of breath. The team greeted me with smiles even though it was late in the evening. I received excellent care, advice and prescriptions. This was all done promptly and with much care. Thank you for being there Medfast team.

The rating would have been higher if it hadn't been for that fact the front desk was unattended for an extended period of time when I first got there. I waited at least 15-20 minutes before anyone ever came to the front desk. Staff were all very nice.

The doctor was an older doctor and knew what he was doing. There was a bit of wait time but understandable since only one doctor was on duty. Staff was pleasant.
