The Facility was designed very well the pet adoption was very easy to do and the Staff were very helpful

100% unresponsive. I left several messages as well as a voicemail and no signs of life at this office. Terribly disappointing.

We took our dog to be euthanized 3 days ago. They were kind, compassionate and gentle. The next day we picked her body up for burial. They had her wrapped in towels, sheets and a green cloth. When we looked at her once more, she looked peaceful—like she was asleep. We are very pleased with the level of care and support we received. We highly recommend this business!

Terrible costumer service. I adopted a husky a while back and the lady helping me was so rude. You would think they would be nicer but they don’t care.

What a "Great Group of People", they are so very "Nice"! We found a great little dog, he is so sweet. "Our Little Chihuahua". The kennels where so Clean. The staff is amazing. Our thanks goes to everyone.

They had two dogs I was interested in, but they said they were sending them to a private shelter. Seems to me if I was offering a good home They should have let me take them. I hope they dont sit long at the other shelter. Too bad. Poor puppies.

If your dogs are pitbulls or you're on public assistance, they vaccinate, neuter, and register them free of charge.

I'm on a fixed income and couldn't afford to get my new furbaby neutered and they helped and did it for free and took great care of him I'm VERY GRATEFUL to them

Going to the animal care and control I thought would be one big mess but I will say that I was in and out within no later than an hour I believe it was even less than that for me to get my dog and cat the rabies and tags customer service was really good and nice and helpful I'm once again like I said I wasn't that long of a wait and we were in and out

Today I made a donation in the name of my beloved boy Othello. I adopted him in 2014 and he passed away last night. Best dog I could have eve hoped for. Thank you for giving me the opportunity of finding a pup like him.

HORRIBLE customer service and customer relations. The people need to take our building back and protect our animals. Folks as a tax payer I strongly encourage you to use your voice in the current problems we have going on in the county shelter! Millions of dogs are being put to sleep because the proper channels for adoption Are not being followed! Let's take our building and our animals back! It's our responsibility to keep the animals and treat them in a humane fashion

HORRIBLE! Kelly deigert and staff are horrible! Extremely unprofessional! They play favorites. I posed as a potential adopter and went in as an undercover auditor. My oh my! Folks this places needs to be shut down or we need to clean house! Millions of dogs are being killed a year because the staff are not doing right in this county run shelter. To save the animals folks let's please begin a vote to remove the current staff in this building. This is the people's building folks it's time to clean house! Sad day as we had to have one of cats put down due to cancer. The young lady at the counter was very nice and sympathetic. Walked us through the paperwork showing empathy at us losing a long term member of the family.
