Incredible group of guys over at PBD especially Pierre the sales guy, he goes above and beyond. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and honest so makes me feel completely comfortable trusting them with my GT500.

Didn't actually go here. I called to get some parts installed on my new Mustang and a tune. Guy said he would check to see when they have time to do it and call me back. It's been over a week, and he never called me back. Shame.

Great place friendly atmosphere and great customer service. Want to thank Mike and Pierre car ran smooth 12 and half hr ride.

Was new to me doing data logs and having to use the live link gen 2 they had helped me with some issues with the sct 4 so i could send the data logs through their portal for uploads did all the stuff they asked when doing data logs all turned out good truck is like a bullet shifts perfect and fast smooth tuner did a great job thank you

3 months ago this company took our money. We still have yet to finish tuning the car. Started out with Rob, then apparently he left. No one bothered to contact us. We reached out to no avail. Finally get someone on the phone and get a tuning session with Ken. Things were going great, car was being tuned, then ghosted again. Got an email from Koby to call the front desk and he would call us back so we did. Still nothing. Then on the 26th got ahold of Bob who promised Koby would look at the data log and send us a revised tune. Never happened. Got a hold of Bob today june 6th only to be told Koby would reach out. When asked about him not reaching out before as promised we were hung up on. This company has lied to us several times, and have not fulfilled there end of the deal. Edit, we just received a revised tune. We will see what happens and update appropriately. Edit, communication has greatly improved. Seems as though Koby has taken the reins and is making good on our tuning. Edit, This company is absolute garbage. Bunch of thieves and liars. Communication stopped again. The new tunes slowed the car down, shift points all wrong. We will not be using them ever again and cannot will not recommend them. Matter fact if I could recommend something it would be to use any tuning facility besides them. If they had any integrity they would refund us our money and we would be happy to send back the module.

The guys at PBD absolutely killed it! I contacted them to tune my 92 foxbody coyote swap. Bobby worked the remote tune with me and was extremely prompt and professional. Went back and forth about 5 times fine-tuning all aspects of driving, and WOW! What a difference! Can't recommend this company enough.thanks PBD.

The people at Palm Beach Dyno are very knowledgeable, friendly. They even called me the next day to see if I was happy (happy isn't the word ecstatic is a better word) I will be back! Anyone who has a Shelby gt 500 I recommend them they know everthing about this car! Everthing!

I paid $700 for a tune in March. It took 3 weeks to get the tune and then another 3 weeks to get a revision. After 7 attempts in one day they could not even get the car to idle properly. I went into June waiting for them to get another revision and never responded to me. I asked for a refund=d and they said they wanted to fix the tune. Its now August and no callback or refund.
THEY STOLE MY MONEY AND DID NOT DELIVER WHAT THEY PROMISED. NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF.
Lund tuned my car on the first attempt after erasing the trash that PBD put on my car.

Go to Lund. PBDs drivability was absolutely terrible, car stalled at lights. Rough idle, the trans tuning was a nightmare. I asked for revisions and all I got was just emails thrown at it solving nothing. I’m not the only one going through this either, which sucks because I like Ken but I will not support his company anymore. Paid the 800+ to switch to Alex at Lund and the car is a night and day difference.

Got my mustang remote tuned through them and they did great! Koby and Bobby took care of me and got my car dialed in perfect. Super responsive for how busy they are and highly recommend.

Palm beach dyno. I wanna make clear I did not talk or had beef with the owner (ROB) the only thing I’m complaining is the customer service from here only one guy ruined the whole experience for me very rude, I paid for their services and to this day I haven’t got any tunes, the tuners kept replying me blunt and after almost a week to my emails, please don’t come here unless you know the owner personally and speak directly with him but other than that don’t even think about Palm beach dyno!

Ordered tune 2 months ago, 15 days to get an initial tune. Sent in data logs and no reply from tuner since. Had to call and send more emails to get a response from another guy who said they’ll look into it and get back with me shortly. Haven’t heard from anyone since and I’ve called 3 days in a row with no response.

Very Friendly and Quick responses - primarily from Koby Shabtay. My car has never run better
