1 Went 3 times with my wife to see dr samual lederman Because my wife is pregnant and def.
I translate for her when I’m there. On my third visit they advised me that they would write down everything and not let me in to translate. After my wife came out of the exam she was so confused about the exam and had tons of questions that I could explain because I was not allowed in to the room. Every time she asked I was not given the answers when I called for my wife. Poor management and shame on the doctors off for helping with her disability.

This is a group of Dr which you typically end up seeing a different dr each visit. Usually have a good experience with the Dr I will say I am not impressed with the admin office, techs and medical assistances. One my last visit I went for a follow up on failing my 3 hour glucose test which automatically puts me in the category for GM. Being completely new to this and attempting to educate myself more I had done research online and went above to start checking myself. Upon meeting with Dr. Lazo to discuss my result and values in which I failed —I had found different values on the labs website that I went to for the testing.she then proceed to laugh and tell me the values I found didn’t matter because I failed. I paused and pointed out I didn’t think it was a laughing matter and I was not laughing. She seemed to be annoyed with my questions and just rolled through the rest of the appointment which I then became silent on. After she exited the room I could hear her in the next room complaining about our appointment- completely unprofessional. I find one the most important job is patient education and to belittle the patient especially ones who are a little more sensitive than normal like oh let’s say a pregnant patient? Anyways I will not be working with her anymore.

Let me start by saying the receptionist at the front desk in the WPB office is THE ABSOLUTE WORST & I hate that I even have to speak to this lady during my appointments at all.

That being said- The Doctors are great, they scheduled our prenatal appointments with 3 or 4 different doctors in the group in case my primary OB isn't available for L&D. They've been extremely helpful and kind.

The customer service at this office is off the wall! Absolutely RUDE the girl had me on hold for 10 mins after she asked me several questions she placed me on hold again another 10 mins or so & then transferred me to another person. It took me about 30 mins to set up an appointment over the phone ridiculous

DR H is the BEST! She is very knowledgeable and up on the latest treatment.
I trust her recommendation.

I love Dr Siegfried, she has been my gyn for more than 10yrs. She takes the time out to listen to her patient's and is very caring. Dr Siegfried took care of my daughter during her pregnancy and numerous of my daughter's friends during their pregnancy as well. You are a very special doctor. Keep up the great work doc

I have been going to Dr. Sevald since she started with Dr. Melanie Bone, She is a great listener, explains everything and extremely in tune with women's bodies! She is one of the Doctors that literally saved my life, because of her knowledge! ! Thank you Dr. SEVALD, BECAUSE OF YOU I HAVE ANOTHER BIRTHDAY FRIDAY! And thank you Tonya, you are wonderful,! I use Dr. Joy Cavalaris. She is a fabulous doctor and always takes great care of all my problems. I have been using her for 6 years and I will continue to do so. She has great bedside manner and is easy to talk to. I recommend her totally.

Honestly Love them. This is my first pregnancy and they make me feel so comfortable and not nervous. Everyone at this office is so nice!

I love this OBGYN. The only OBGYN I have ever felt comfortable going to! They work hard and are empathetic and fun. I have Dr. Sevald and I absolutely adore her. Also, the practitioner that helps her in the appointments, she's just as amazing! I couldn't be happier.

I have been seeing Dr H for many years. I truly value Dr H medical expertise in gynecology as well as her expertise in hormone balancing. She has helped me tremendously with balancing my hormones and I will continue my hormone replacement for many years.

Dr Lori Sevald is the best Gynecologist. She is a very good doctor and very professional and caring. Tanya her nurse is excellent. I had found the best Gynecologist because since I moved here in Palm Beach County from Miami I had a hard time looking for a very good doctor that you can trust. Also being a nurse myself.

Doctor Letterman and his staff or fabulous. I have been going to his office for over 10 years. They are knowledgeable professional courteous and very efficient. Dr. Lederman delivered my last baby in 2006. I highly recommend this group. Wait times are very minimal.

Dr. H is the best. She is so open minded to the importance of natural healing and nutrition too. She is not the doctor that pushes medication and I love that. I feel like she combines the importance of eastern and western medicine. I never want to see any other doctor ever! ️

Always a smooth and relaxing experience. Everyone in the office is kind, friendly and informative.

Dr. Siegfried and Danielle were responsible for my delivery and so far they helped me to make best decisions!
During my pregnancy I had the pleasure to meet Dr. Sevald, Dr. Cavalaris and Dr. Lederman, they are amazing professionals and very caring doctors!

Dr Sevald is one of the most professional Gynecologist I know, she listens attentively and with compassion.

My gynecologist of many years retired about 3 years ago and I am very happy to be with Dr. Sevald. She is thorough, compassionate and approachable. Also a good listener, something I value highly in a doctor.

New office in PBG is lovely and central to 95 and turnpike, staff always professional. Dr. H and her nurse always make you feel comfortable.
Waiting room could use some office music to muffle out receptionist area and private conversations.

I love Dr. H. She is very caring, I always feel listened to and understood. I always believe she has my best interest and care in mind. The staff runs her office efficiently and smoothly. I highly recommend.
