Very quick service! I was in and out in like ten minutes for heels repair. The guy was very honest and price was extremely reasonable. Definitely recommend coming here for your shoe repair needs.

I had my favorite shoes re-soled and a suitcase zipper repaired. The work was impeccable, done in a timely manner and reasonably priced.

The owner Diors was super nice and cool. I walk-in in with a pair of wore out high heels 5mins before the store closed. He said he can’t fixed it but he said let me try then he pulled out a machine gun blower blow off all the old leather, the shoes look brand new again! I was impressed! And he didn’t charge me anything! I definitely will come back again!

My puppy chewed up the handles on my goyard tote (It was a legitimate consignment store find, so it was a great time for a new cobbler interview.) Therefore, I brought it into this shop. I stepped into the palm beach cobbler repair shop, about three weeks later, to discover that the job was poorly done. The handle was sewn on, but the stitching on the inside of the bag was an eyesore. There should have been another piece of leather like the original leather tote handle. Fast forward another month, I called and asked what was going on with my handbag and they told me they don’t give their clientele a call to let them know that their work has been done. Tomorrow, I am getting my handbag in whatever condition it’s in. I definitely am filing a dispute with credit card because this is ridiculous.

Update: The cobbler ripped out all of the stitches on the handles an glued them on instead.he looked at me and claimed that “I didn’t want to see any stitching. “ I said “no that is incorrect. Sir, you’re not supposed to see bare stitching on the inside of the bag you’re supposed to see leather inside and outside of the bag with glazing, joining the leather pieces along with the stitching to attach the bag. Any cobbler that repairs shoes and designer handbags know this. I Absolutely do NOT bring any of your handbags for there! This business does not know what they’re doing when it comes to repairing luxury items.

Love this place. They did such a good job on my Cristian Louboutin booties and completely renewed men's Gucci shoes. Looks like new!

Very nice people to deal with. They fixed my boot soles quickly and as they indicated when I brought the boots to them.

OMG! I just went to PB Shoe repair for the first time to have my LV bag repaired. These guys are incredible! Within 5 minutes my bag was like new! I will definitely be using them for all my shoe/bag repairs, and refer everyone I know!

Palm Beach Shoe Repair always saves the day. I have had personal shoes repaired at this location and am always happy, but this time, the staff went above and beyond to assist me with special shoes required in pediatric rehabilitation. My medical business is in Palm Beach Gardens so PB Shoe is an across the street neighbor. This was a novel project for them, but they insisted they would help and provided the BEST result I could have hoped for. Not only do we have a great resource for repairing our intensive suit shoes, but we have friends in the area who support our work. I have been a customer at PB Shoe Repair for over 1 year. Diaz is very knowledgeable about shoe repair. This is evident in the quality work he consistently produces. He takes his craft seriously and he can often be seen working tirelessly at the back of the store to ensure that his customers are satisfied with his work.

He only uses top quality products in his business and the atmosphere in his shop is welcoming. His entire staff is a joy to work with. I have personally seen Diaz, who is a very gentle man, interact with customers and he has always remained very professional.

Diaz is the only person I trust with my designer shoes/luggage as I’ve seen his work and how he miraculously restores shoes and luggage to like new items. I also admire his honesty as he is up front about if your items can be repaired.

I find it hard to accept anyone posting a negative comment about Diaz, as that is not the Diaz I know. Also, Diaz prices are in line with the high level of expertise and quality material Diaz uses to repair shoes.

Don’t be swayed by any negative reviews, as Diaz is an awesome cobbler and all of his customers speak highly of him.

I had a pair of men’s loafers repaired there a couple of months ago. Half soles and full heels $40 (not cheap but I was already there). I’ve worn them maybe ten times since for two hours each time to dinner
Noticed the side of the sole on one of the shoes was peeling away from the shoe. I went to the shop today and was explaining and showing what had occurred. A very large man who was working in the back came out, told me this wasn’t his work. I asked him why I would make up something like this-I just wanted to get a simple fix. He threatened me to where I was fearful-I’m a 78 yo small man-he was 6’3” and large. He told me to get out and escorted me to the door-yelling

Great Service, excellent staff, told me my shoes would be done in one week from the day I brought them in. They were ready for me the week after I dropped them off. Will definitely be returning.
