Beware these people like to rip you off and sale your stuff or damage your items like my MacBook pro which hard water damage and if you have layaway they sell it right under you before it time to pick it up.go to Daytona or St. Aug they have better people who are not stuck up or little kids running the shop bad business really I'm a 69 year old VA I don't need to be treated like this I fought hard for my country. This pawn shop is BS

Shane, Brook and Uncle Sam are good to go. Shane helped out this USMC Veteran with some of my watches that needed servicing. His attention to detail is second to none. It was great talking with Uncle Sam (a fellow Veteran) while my watches were getting serviced. They are all nice and friendly and the price was right for the service completed on my watches. No Complaints and Outstanding Service. I will be going back again.

Went there with my friend, after we got some gas to the station beside this pawnshop. So what happened is we’re looking all stuff as well as their jewelry etc, then saw the girl inside and i ask her how much is the cost of my ring just to see how honest are they. So she get my ring and just checking using only her eyes and told me alright! $20. I was like whaaat seriously this ring cost almost 40K In Philippines! Then she responded me quickly aw ok $80 So I grab my ring super fast and told her I don’t have plan to sell my ring just curious how u guys check your jewelries here while (giving her a look like excused us were asian but we’re not stupid)

I brought my bracelet to them a while back to get fixed. They fixed it but took my 14k gold clamp & replaced it with a gold plated one. They told me they couldn’t test it after.

I liked yhis place untill they stole a clamp from my gold chain and put a smaller one on. And had balls to tell me that i did it

I called them ten minutes before they were supposed to close and asked if there was anyway they could stay open for a couple extra minutes, as it was my anniversary, and I really wanted to get my wife something nice. They not only stayed open for me, but I received excellent customer service, and found a beautiful bracelet for my wife at a reasonable price that, most importantly, she loves. They went above and beyond in staying open for me, and I will recommend them to anyone I know in the future.
