Ive lived in Palm Crossing for over 10 years. The current management has kept the property better than any of the previous. Jose, Roe, and the whole maintenance crew are just amazing. Management is overly nice and responds immediately. Five stars!

Over priced and ther apts are old fashioned not upgraded everything is broke not worth $1700 a month this is ridiculous dont move here

Great management. Work orders are always completed in a timely manner, and office staff are nice and communicative. Yes, it's an older property and older properties come with some issues, but it's the most affordable place around and the staff does an outstanding job to make sure their residents are comfortable. As a former property manager I can say from experience - it's not easy to manage and renovate old properties like this, but they're doing a great job! I really love my apartment and I have great neighbors. Also - thanks for the breakfast this morning!

Just had to take a moment to rave about the new renovations! They have really added character to this apartment complex, I will enjoy my time here even more! It’s also nice that I can go to the pool and sit in brand new pool furniture— they have been making improvements all around! 5 stars!

Been living here about a year now, older property but new management company is making a lot of improvements and renovations, which are appreciated. Office staff is helpful and quick in addressing issues. The property definitely needed a facelift so I'm glad to see the changes happening!

WARNING ABSOLUTE GARBAGE! Its almost an insult to ask for rent at this place. I’m glad to see that all these reviews talk about the roach problem, you’re basically roommates with them. The landlord was super disrespectful and would walk into your private home whenever they felt like it. And the plumbing was ATROCIOUS! Every shower became a lake and the same was with the sink and toilet. It’s obvious that the landlords couldn’t care less about customer service or having happy tenants.

P. S. They changed their names but its still the same trash service. New name, same disappointments, please avoid at all cost!

I lived here for 3 years. Between the bat infestations, mold, and roaches, it was less than desirable! I literally killed 3 bats inside the apartment, paid for the bug man 11 times and slept with my gun under my pillow because of the thugs and homeless people wandering through the community and drug addicts sleeping in their cars. And the office staff, the old and the new need some basic people skills! Just nasty! And Lord, that one maintenance fella.if I could have put him in my trunk.never mind! Don't waste your money!

Can't even get a hold of anyone in their office. I've been calling for the past 2 days to inquire for a 2 bedroom 2 baths and no one's answering the phone. I've left voicemails and such and no courtesy calls or emails was sent. Disappointing as I was looking forward to seeing this complex

We recently experienced a water leak from an upstairs unit. Omar, and Jose addressed it quickly and had the appropriate repairs completed on time. We also had a termite issue which was eradicated. Thank you for the team work between the office and maintenance.

Service has gotten better over time. Now if they could just straighten out what's wrong with the valet garbage disposal - valet's fault BTW - and have the landscapers cut the grass shorter in the rainy season - it doesn't even look cut the day after - I'd give five stars.

Also, a BIG SHOUTOUT to the maintainence staff! The bus their humps for you at all hours!

I wish I could give negative stars. If you are reading reviews to possibly rent here…stay away! The roaches begin about one month after you move in. They are everywhere! They are infested in the walls. The only thing management does is put you on the “pest control list” and all that means is that you will be required to empty every single kitchen cabinet for them to come spray what mind as well be water because it does not do anything. And if you refuse they threaten legal action. I’ve even seen some of those roaches at my brand new townhouse, despite getting rid of all my furniture that was in the apartment bc the infestation was so bad.

Also for the first month any maintence requests will be taken care of right away. After that…good luck! They’ll tell you they are short staffed, IF they even respond at all. Forget emailing or calling to try to reach anyone for assistance. Those get ignored. And upon moving out after 3 ignored emails I went in person and the girl at the desk had no idea how to do her job so she told me she would call me later that day. I confirmed multiple times because I know how they are with (lack of) communication and she still never called that day. Requiring ANOTHER in person visit the next day where she still had not found the answer to the questions I had. The only saving grace at this place is a manager named Michelle who I did not meet until my last week there but she is the only person on top of her job and has responded to my emails post move out, immediately. I wish her good luck because being a resident here is completely unbearable.

I wish I could leave negative stars! The roach infestation was HORRIBLE and they NEVER HELPED MY FRIEND WHO LIVED HERE.

It was outrageous, disgusting, horrible, gross, inconsiderate, disrespectful, neglectful!

Gross. Gross. Gross!

They literally IGNORED maintenance requests and absolutely NEVER returned emails or phone calls!

Horrible experience and I’m disgusted this kind of living condition still exists!
