Great. From the front desk to the Executive Director: Kenyonn. Everyone was so happy and wanting to assist.

Toyka was one of the best people to teach a class. We learned so much, We also had fun while doing so. Everybody that I have met was very nice and welcoming. I would recommend any and every one to come work here. They really treat you like family.

I have a clean, beautiful room AND a view. The CNA'S are top of the line. Management, administrative, nursing and maintenance staff are kind and proactive in handling any problems I may encounter.

I am a new employee here in the rehab department. I have been very impressed by the facility, the therapists and the administrative staff and their care for our residents.

The hiring process was a breeze. Mrs Jackie is one the best HR Managers that I have come in contact with. She took the time to respond to my voice messages after hours. I am looking forward to being a part of the Palm Garden family.

I have been at the facility recently, you can tell that staffs are so friendly and welcomed. Especially the ED is so nice, can see the team work. The facility so clean, organized. I would highly recommend this place those who are looking for rehab, they have amazing rehab unit.

90% pleased but with outside nursing agency they are unfamiliar with my loved one’s needs. I would like to have consistent staff taking care of my loved one as his dementia progresses. Overall the place is very clean. Management is very friendly and accommodating and has an open door policy and is willing to listen. Management is also quick to respond and resolve issues.

It's been a pleasure working with Dr Jason Allen. He is knowledgeable and carring. I appreciate his insight and recommendation! For most part staff was excellent and attended to my needs.

One of the most friendly and professional facilities in Jacksonville. My interaction with the administrator was exceptional. She is competent and assured me that my loved one would be taken care of. She turned an apprehensive experience into one of relief. I am more than satisfied!

The facility is clean and well kept. Staff professional and works together to meet the needs of the residents.

Nasty dirty cockroach infested facility, staff doesn’t assist with patient care when patients need 2 ppl assistance, nurses are lazy and had bad attitudes. Definitely needs to be shut down and I wouldn’t recommend working here or sending love ones here. It was a shift frm HELL LITERALLY. The positive reviews has to be fake

The staff are very attentive and caring. The facility while not the newest it very clean and well decorated.
