A terrible experience. This is not to say that there are not good people working there. But the overall level of care for a rehabilitation center was abysmal.

I’ve worked in a few SNFs recently and I just started here at palm garden a little less than a month ago. I am part of the management team. I have to say how happy I am to be here and be part of a management team that functions so well and everyone does their part and then some. The staff are all out and doing their part to take care of our residents. I’m glad to be part of the team.

My wife was at PGO a long long time! Finally coworker abuse chased her out the door. And why was my wife A TARGET for abuse? !? Because she brought to the attention of Palm Garden the irresponsible patient care and nothing short of lazy neglect! One sorry, sorry place!

AND, ISN'T IT FUNNY.or not. A generic pop-up response from Palm Garden on how great and caring they are once appeared to this comment? !? AND I MEAN IMMEDIATELY! That my friends, is flaming nonsense and indicative of an ultra corrupt administration scenario! STAY AWAY from this place!

They go above and beyond for their residents, employees and the community. I spoke with the executive director and he was kind and professional. He demonstrated strong leadership skills. The organization is focused on providing high quality of care. I recommend this organization! Thank you Palm Garden for all that you do.

I am proud to say I work at palm garden of Ocala! The staff are attentive and family like. My superiors listen and act on my concerns. My own mother is here by my choice and we love the care and help they give her. It is a great place to work and live!

My mother was a patient here and we loved it. She was well taken care of. Staff was excellent and very caring. She was there twice for rehab due to knee replacements. Nurses and staff went above and beyond in the care of my mother. Will recommend this place anytime.

Very dedicated nurses and support staff, working hard to make up for staffing shortages. Management is particularly attentive to matters that arise and I've witnessed a lot of compassion toward residents and their families. It's a really difficult job, I'm sure, and it take special people to do it. I'm very grateful for their contribution to the community by creating a healthy and enjoyable environment for all the residents. Bravo and thank you, Palm Garden Management and Staff!

I am the Administrator for this facility and am very proud to work for this company. I have worked for many companies over my 25 year career and they are by far the best I've ever worked for. They genuinely care for their employees and guests like family. This trickles down from the ownership, upper management and line staff. Couldn't ask for a better group of folks to work with.

This facility and staff are terrible. Roach infested and all the staff can say is what else is new. It’s sad your receiving $2000 a month for my grandmother to be under your guys care but is being mistreated once visitors leave they don’t feed her they keep her dirty her room has holes to were she can get hurt. All they do is heavily Medicate there patients so they don’t have to deal with them and wonder why there loved ones pass as soon as they enter these type of facilities

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. DO NOT send your loved one here. Sent my mom here for therapy for her legs and she received 30 minutes 5 times a week then was left to sit in room all day. Nurses are not responsive at all. After 15 minutes of calling for a nurse and finally yelling for help a person in the hallway heard and went and got a nurse. I called the nurses station everyday for a week trying to get an update on my mom and phone was never answered. My mom was in this place for 10 days and never once saw a doctor! It wasn't until I called the Director of Nursing and complained, then people started calling me but up to this point no communication at all and it was to little to late and I removed her from here and she is at home and walking! Something Palm Garden would not allow her to do.

My brother has been at Palm Garden in Ocala for several months and is very, very sick and is in long term care. This week he had a big birthday but we live out of state and unable to be with him. Machelle, Administrative Assistant, volunteered to help by picking up a cake we ordered, working with staff to be sure that balloons were added and that some staff could celebrate with him. She had pictures taken then sent them to us. She and others went out of their way to help in so many ways! We overwhelmingly pleased! Thank you, Machelle, and all the others that made my brother’s birthday a happy occasion for him and for us! It would not have happened without you and other great staff! Blessings!
