My father Walter Cabral recently had to have residency at Palm Garden. We were extremely pleased with the care and the attention he received while living at Palm Garden. The entire staff was professional and caring to all his needs. When we had questions about his care, they answered each question with clear and precise language we could understand. Cindy from Social Services was very helpful during his entire stay at Palm Gardens. The therapists in each department were thorough in his therapy sessions. The Cabral family would like to thank the administration, nurses, aides, and the entire staff for caring for my father.

I saw the driver of one of those vans that brings them around town spit in an old ladies face and when I tried to intervene, they flicked me off and told me to mind my business. Then I saw her speed off and drive erratically cutting people off.

They almost hit this silver car turning onto 19ave
I have pictures if they want them. Not posting here for the dignity of the older people

My mother has been in rehab here, and the staff is AMAZING. So friendly, clean, forthcoming and loving with her. I walked over to the other skilled side and observed the same. My mom Leonor Guillen is happy and seems very well cared. I’m grateful for this. Thank you to all who have helped her ️

I was there for three weeks following knee replacement surgery. Physical Therapy was excellent but the facility was terrible; staffed with CNAS who were unfamiliar with handling my situation, short handed, lousy food and beds. I hope never to grace its door again.

Please, do not take your loved one here! I was there after a hip replacement for rehab and can tell you from personal experience it was a horrible facility! They were short staff so they cut back on rehab the first day and then skipped rehab for 3 days. An aide tired to switch my pain med for Tylenol less that a week from the surgery. They said it was a mistake. Yea right. I did not feel safe. I left after 4 days due to the lack of care and rude staff! Flowers and candy was sent a few days later by a friend, the staff kept them and never called so they could by picked up. I have since heard that same thing happened to someone else.

I spent 36 days at this center. The staff is very well trained and helpful. The atmosphere is more like a family than a workplace. The Physical therapists are dedicated to getting you back into life again. I want to thank Staff and Administration for a enjoyable and productive stay.

My mother in law was there for 3 weeks, their phones never worked they never called us once during her stay which was very stressful to begin with since during the Covid we are not allowed to visit or physically see her. If we called her the only way to speak to her was if one of the nurses took her their personal cell phone.to make matters worse they did not even call us to let us know that someone had tested positive for Covid they informed us by mail. When it came time to discharge her my husband called and ask if they were going to test her before release and they said no.fast forward 4 days and guess what she has tested positive and is back in our local hospital. Do not place a love one in this facility.

The two stars are for the two decent people we met. My grandma was only there for 1 night and half a day and was forgotten about for all 3 meals. Attitude in regards to bedpans. Lady across the hall begging to be taken to the bathroom. They wet the corner of a towel with COLD water for her to wash her face, really couldn’t let it warm up for a sec. She didn’t have access to all her medications (most importantly they wouldn’t let her finish her ANTIBIOTICS) and had to fight to keep her bottle of hand sanitizer with her while she’s immunocompromised on chemotherapy. Not happy with the way they treat their patients.

My mom was brought in after total knee replacement surgery. She was well taken care of from the get go and every staff member was so cordial and caring. I remember bringing an issue to their staff’s attention. The issue was resolved immediately on the spot. From nurse, aids, administration, to PT, OTR therapists all give their attention to their patients. In return all their staff asks for is a little respect and patience. Kudos to the staff for being patient and helping the patients. The administration is fully engaged and evaluates each patient. They hold weekly care meetings with you to evaluate patients progress. Their goal is to get you up and moving and see you improve and recover. Thank you to all the staff members.
