Palm Gardens, Doral FL

Worst HOA ever, lived in four states and by far the worst HOA so far. And the board is full of pro communist people with asinine plans. You want to deal with people that have no idea what they are doing, move here!

It has a nice gym and the pool is ok but the rent has gone up and it's one of the worse apartments complexes I have ever been at

Not kid friendly and the security guards are constantly staring at your cars, plus they use this sneaky towing company called sunshine towing which are the most scummy of them all. The secretary is constantly harassing you even for the smallest things and you can't even go outside for a walk during the day without getting bad looks from her

This is the WORSE condo in Doral, no parking spots, warnings for dumb things and the entry gate is awful. This is the worse community in the Doral area and it's getting too expensive for what it has to offer anyway

Horrible visitors entry and even if your just a delivery driver trying to deliver something they still threaten you to tow your car

I regret renting here, parking is a nightmare, I got my bike stolen not once but twice and the secretary lacks basic communication skills. Do not buy or rent in this community, Doral has better places anyway

Residents don’t respect guest cars

I had visit this community several times and the electronic Gate always working properly and with easy and fast access. But I must like about this community is the well kept, clean and so organize with beautiful landscape. Pool size is large and wide, the Gym very well equipped and clean plus the management is also inside the community on the club house for owners and tenants convenience.

I’ve lived here for a while and it’s not kid friendly. They have no parks or safe areas for the kids to play so they play in the streets. There’s plenty of other communities here in doral that would provide safe places for the kids to play.
