Always a great experience and great staff. You can tell they really care about you and strive to be the best. Highly recommend giving them a shot.

They won’t get you in on an emergency basis. I had the worst experience of my life at this practice two years ago. That dentist drilled in my mouth and continued to berate me calling me un American and he did not become a Marine back in the day for people like me. He did not numb my mouth well enough and I felt almost everything. Luckily that dentist apparently “retired” a few days after my appointment. The dental assistant had to tell the dentist to stop speaking to me that way. I had to go back b/c the inflammation and pain was excruciating and I burst out into tears and the same dental asst.had to calm me down and kept apologizing for what happened my previous visit. The dentist said oh sorry I forgot to give you this rinse at the time.

I continued to go back to give the practice a second chance but every time I sat in that chair I was on the verge of a panic attack. The management did not call me to apologize for that dentist unprofessional behavior not once nor offer me any type of reimbursement, I regret not getting a lawyer at that time but I should have.

Today I needed them the most because the bridge that was put in by that dentist broke off from the teeth that it was connected to. They can’t get me in for several days. I refrained from leaving a review two years ago because I never leave reviews but the fact management never even reached out to me to apologize is what upsets me the most.

So shame on this practice for never reaching out to me to me when they knew what happened. I can’t even go into a dentist without crying and having an anxiety attack now because of this experience.

This was my first time going to the dentist, a bit nervous at first but Ms. Kenny, Dr. Kandy, and Gina were very patient and helpful, and Gina and Dr. Kandy both did an excellent job helping me out. Would consider them to anyone if possible.

I love it here! The staff is so friendly and nice. Dr. Kandy is amazing and I really love the female dental assistant. She’s so thoughtful and gentle while cleaning my teeth. Thank you so much!

Everyone at the office were friendly and attentive. Got my cleaning, she was gentle, yet thorough. Can definitely recommend them.

1st visit was a cleaning. They take insurance and file it for you. Friendly staff, Jen was great in cleaning and Dr André is a nice guy and seems very competent. Talked about grinding issues which others just wiped under table before. We are going back. Gave us quotes for restorative work very quickly.

Again, the staff is professional with little wait time. I was overdue for my cleaning but a friendly reminder phone call resulted in an appointment within days. Nice to know that they are able to keep me on a regular cleaning schedule as is my major focus as well. I highly recommend Palm Harbor Dental.

Hello this is Victor, and I will truthfully say Premiere Dental are very professional and very friendly nice and helpful staff. Always with smiles and affordable prices. They also explain things too the fullest of their knowledge to be very helpful with any of your questions you may ask. My two favorite things about Premiere Dental first and most important is that they are believers in our Lord and savior Jesus Christ, second they are real through with finding out problems and solutions for teeth. They do it with kindness and love.

I'm 75 years old i have the good and ok and the worst.my experience was with Dina gentle but very through also kind I came in for dentures my roof of my mouth could hardly eat he put a cushion in them so I could eat and heal where I went beforenever suggested this so in 2 months I will get a new set but not just he asked if was alright from hurricane we exchanged what we did for it then when I was ready to get out of my chair it was words of kindness his name is andre kandy

This place is absolutely amazing! I've had PTSD from going to the dentist my whole life since I was a kid. Looked up a new dentist because I started feeling pains because of my molars and wisdom teeth. The whole staff, including up front and then Carlos who helped take care of me with Dr. David Castellano made me feel super comfortable and always asked how I was feeling throughout the whole process. If I was able to give above 5 stars on here I would. I'll definitely be coming back. Thanks again everyone!

The dentist and administrative staff along with the hygienist are the absolute best professional and patient and they are open on Saturday. The dentist who repaired the chip of my front tooth is an artist he did a better job than the natural teeth I was given. I love them and would highly recommend them.

Great check in process. Awesome texting feature to reminder. Once walked it customer service was excellent. Lauren was very gentle during my cleaning. The Doctor was very informative about what was happening. Place smells great. They work great together. I’m definitely recommend and going back myself.

From the receptionist, to the dental assistant (Courtney), to the legend himself (Dr. Kanky), every one of them deserve an award!

They got me in within 24 hours and my extraction went as smooth as can be. Highly recommend Palm Harbor Dental. I’m happy to say I have found my new Dentist!
