Not very family friendly. I have three friends and one family member that live there and my 2-year-old was swimming at the pool in the maintenance man was so incredibly rude and aggressive and literally kicked out my little boy for swimming with his grandmother. Because my aunt the one that lives there was not present. What if you have gas visiting from out of town and you have to work but yet you want your guests to enjoy the pool and enjoy their day while you work. Well forget about that. You're not allowed in that pool and less the person You are visiting is sitting right next to you watching. Just not a very friendly place

What y’all wanyyou think you know all! This place has changed so much aka Locashaw our poor Dow again I did not get an email on either one we have a new manager; I heard! Congrats maybe # 6 is lucky I have been here for as a care giver for my grams and they just asked for 23 years! Palm Terrace was awesome

WOW! Another weekend No pool. Yesterday 1st day of summer 100 + heat index NO pool (supposed to be back opened last weekend)! Clubhouses in the making literally 2 years. Been through 4 managers in 2 years since this company took over; no amenities, but a lot of lot increases. Hope we have a pool this summer they only told us closed for 1 week! The community
