Palm Tree Dentistry - Spring Hill

My 4yo wants to be a dentist, that says a lot about palm trees dentistry. 4 actually loves dental visits and carries around dental floss everywhere!

I would recommend this dentist to anyone they are gentle and kind to children, My son loves this dentist office verse the health department dentist

They made my grandson so comfortable an easy unafraid of the time spent at doctors that's he was very happy when we left our appointment.

I liked the place. Melissa was very good at attending to and answering questions. They are very professional and helped me with my dental emergency.

Palm tree dental is absolutely amazing. Ally is fantastic with the kids. Highly recommend this place. They even work well with kids who are scared of the dentist.

She wouldn't listen that I wasn't numb before she stuck me and still was doing the work then when I started moving then she wants to stop and put more numbing stuff on. It's not what I was expecting sense they did alot of work in my mouth.

No wait. Was very quick. Informative. As long as my 3 kids don’t complain and enjoy going to the dentist.

Update: The staff is always friendly, I have no complaints with any of the medical staff here. However the facility is startlingly not well kept. So many chairs are completely destroyed and covered in duct tape. Many pieces of equipment are broken like the X-ray machine and some lights. The lack of care towards equipment is concerning and it's unfortunate considering what a great team they have working there.

Update: Jennifer was awesome today. My son needed to have a tooth removed and crowns put on and she kept him comfortable the entire time. She was energetic and friendly and new just how to keep my son from feeling overwhelmed by the procedure. Thanks for all your help.

At our first appointment, Miranda also did a great job keeping me and my kids well informed and comfortable through our whole visit. I'm glad the kids nerves were put to rest and they even had fun. The dentist can be a scary place for kids but we've had great experiences here.

My issue is with the receptionist and the Dentist. I was told my five year old needed a filling after her cleaning. They took me into a separate room and my kid got in the chair and she started crying a little. She was nervous because she thought she was done. My kid did not fight the dentist, she did not push her hands away, did not sit up or anything. The Dentist barely gave her time to pull herself together before telling me that she needed to refer her to be sedated. She kept asking my kid why she was crying… she was crying because she was five and nervous. When I was getting their teeth cleaned, I overheard her referring someone else. She’s referral happy. Doesn’t need to be working with kids if she has no patience. I will absolutely not be back. I’ve been here a few times and the receptionist are never friendly. I will say that every dental assistant we’ve ever had, has been great.

Ally was wonderful. She made my girls very comfortable. She also helped me to understand each one of my girls dental plans. The staff here are so amazing. They ALL have great attitudes. Thank you guys for the YEARS of excellent service!

This was my 6yr olds 2nd visit and it was great everyone was very nice to her and made sure she felt safe and comfortable the entire visit

Best dentist office in Spring Hill. Check in was quick and easy. Melissa was very helpful. Will recommend to friends and family!

The staff are all very kind and understanding. The wonderful woman who helped me during my cleaning today, her name is Ally, was a very kind and relatable woman who expressed the importance of my smile. She was very kind, and even complimented me on my attire which helped out greatly with my nervousness.

Loved my visit today all the girls are so sweet and helpful. Melissa at the front desk was very sweet and helpful!

Called to make an appointment, lady took my info along with call back number and put me on a hold for 20 MINUTES! Of course when I dropped no one called me back. Waste of time for your own money

First time for my son going to the dentist. I was nervous at first but he did great! Everyone there was great!
