Palma, Doral FL

I have loved my stay here thus far — really minimal suggestions/complaints. The reoccurring issue this building has is the elevators constantly going down. When I moved in we had three now we have two and sometimes one of the two is down for an entire day. Leaving 20 floors of people with one elevator. Being that I’m on one of the highest floors getting down and up is nearly impossible. I’ve seen my neighbors take the steps all the way with their kids in hand and groceries! Troopers because I could never. I have two dogs and they would never be down for that haha. I’ve also seen people on move in day struggle for this reason. Leasing office requires all moving trucks to be at the loading dock but the elevator at the loading dock is out of service for the past 5 months. Leaving most new residence struggling to move. When I moved in it was a BREEZE. Service elevator definitely should come back.

Other than that my stay has been super pleasant. Maintenance responds to requests within seconds and I mean SECONDS. I work from home and I have submitted a request and they have shown up within 20 minutes. That’s a huge plus in my opinion.

Concierge workers are my favorites. They deserve their flowers because they’re awesome. They’re so helpful with literally anything and are so nice. Carolina Juicy Rachel and Steven are the ones that stand out to me the most. They’re awesome.

The amenities offered really trump any of the small issues I’ve encountered. You have a gym a massage room a sauna private showers a movie theater a rooftop pool and so much more available to you at any time of the day. Not including the shops and restaurants/bars that are within walking distance. You also have an urgent care connected to the entrance of the building. The convenience makes it all worth it times ten

Also one suggestion (not that I have any right lol) but like a mini market or a vending machine would be top tier for the girly pops who are craving a Diet Coke at 3am and don’t want to leave the safety of their apartment.

Loved taking a tour of Palma! Everyone was so nice and helpful and the building and amenities are great too.

Beautiful and extraordinary place, excellent condition of the property and above all very well located. A very quiet area and above all very pleasant. A very professional and hardworking staff. Congrats!

I have been here for 3 or 4 years because it has a very good location but the administrative staff, starting with the Manager, do not treat the tenants well only when they are going to make the contract and then you have to accept how they want to treat you with bad faces and if you complain They say that why renew here and go somewhere else, those are their answers. Also, the grill never works, the music in the gym doesn't work either. Now you also have to share the pool with 3 buildings. The parking lots are shared and are almost always open. Too bad we will be leaving here soon, after my comment they will put people who are friends of theirs to leave good comments to subtract the ones we let you know so don't be fooled

Amazing place to be, you cannot beat the location and the hospitality of the staff members. Everything is great!

The best place, a nice, comfortable and safe place! With excellent staff. I recommend it.has everything to live. Its very adequate entertainment areas.

I received a tour from Susana and the buildings were amazing. Susana was such a pleasure and so informative. I was looking for a 1 bedroom in my price range and she knew exactly what to show me.

I have lived in this community for 3 years and I am more and more convinced that it is the best decision.the Staff always attentive to support you. I am grateful to Anabel, Elizabeth and Chabeli for their attention, understanding and patience. ALWAYS willing to solve. Steven and Carolina from the front desk are also the best, always in good spirits and respect.

I have been living for 6 months a month I began to have problems with the neighbor because he makes too much noise ah late at night practically from 11 to 3 in the morning every day. I went down to give it a solution over and over again, I made videos in which you could see the extent of the noise and the problem is that the apartments do not have enough noise-insulating material, the truth is a lot of impotence since I cannot do anything else. The truth is that the least one should have is the security that you will have a place to sleep peacefully in order to lead a normal life. And even more so where life and pay are expensive. They don't know how desperate it is not being able to sleep well

I am not one to go on the Internet to leave negative comments but as a business owner I understand that comments like the one I am leaving are very important for the evolution of any company, I have lived in the property for three years, it is very nice but definitely one of the main reasons why I decided to move is because of the discomfort of feeling a total lack of empathy for the administrative staff, bad answers and faces that did not particularly make me feel as if it were my home, especially from Mrs. Anabel Misas, which lasted until the last moment I had any contact with her.

It is unfortunate because I liked living there, I hope that one day the property will have an administrative staff with values ​​that allow its residents to feel that they live at home.

This community is amazing. Property is brand new. Low deposits great prices and Anabel was the best leasing agent by far. She made it happen. He’s kindness and professionalism showed how my future would be in this community.
