I loved everything about Palmer Cosmetics. The front desk Ana, she’s very lovely and helpful and the nurses are the best. I’m amazed with Dr. Palmer’s work. He listens to your concerns and delivers as he promises. I had a lower abdominoplasty and breast augmentation. You can barely see the scar on my breasts, and my abdominal scar is healing beautifully. I didn’t want any scarring on my belly button, and he made sure that I didn’t have any while delivering beautiful results. Initially, I was interested in a lower facelift and blepharoplasty to address my aging skin concerns, but Dr. Palmer recommended a more conservative approach to give me the most natural results possible (which I really appreciated because it was also a lot less expensive than the facelift/ blepharoplasty would have been).

His recommendation included light liposuction for the chin/ jowls, renuvion to tighten the skin under my chin/ neck, and laser around the eyes. I’m 4 weeks post-op and the healing couldn’t have been easier. The results are so subtle, so natural looking, that even my own mother didn’t notice until I showed her the before and after pictures. Only then was it obvious to her lol.

From consult to aftercare follow ups, Dr. Palmer and his staff have made me feel like an equal part of the team, answering all questions and concerns, and consistently putting my mind at ease. He’s a strait shooter, amazing at what he does, and only has the patient’s best interests at heart.

The absolute best experience I could have ever asked for! I have never had cosmetic surgery before as a 25 year old. I went in for a consult a year ago and decided it wasn’t a good time. Came back a year later, had a second consult, and 10 days later, had my surgery with a super fast recovery, was back at work within a week, swelling was down within a week, and one month later, you could never tell I had a surgery. My nose looks so natural and perfect! Dr palmer has the best bedside manner out of all surgeons I have ever met (I work in healthcare). He is absolutely wonderful! He called me the night after my surgery to check in on how I was doing. Four months later, I came in for a follow up and his whole office staff was so kind, recognized me, and asked me about school. His staff really cares about his patients and remembers you. I am so so so happy with my decision to go with Dr. Palmer! I have referred my friends and family to go to him. Dr. Palmer is the very best! I had a breast lift with new implants done 2 weeks ago and I’m already thrilled! He had done my first implants 24 years ago which were still in great shape! I’ve had rhinoplasty and liposuction done with him as well years ago and my results were great! I wouldn’t go to or refer any other plastic surgeon!

I have nothing but great things to say about Palmer Cosmetic Surgery. From the front desk to the doctors themselves this practice is bar none. I have to say almost one year later the very deep brow line I had (between the eyebrows) has not changed too much since Dr. Stern injected a bunch of fill and Botox (or whatever competitor they use).
