Our experience at Palmetto Nissan was disappointing. Their appraisal of our vehicle was considerably lower than expected, and we felt they didn't adequately justify their assessment. Additionally, their negotiation skills fell short, as they didn't seem receptive to our concerns. A more neutral and open approach is vital for customer retention and positive recommendations. Would not recommend

My car salesman Fernando, was great! When I arrived at Palmetto 57 he was there to greet me and asked if I was there to see anyone in particular. When I told him I had an appointment to just test drive only. He show me the car and got the keys, he didn’t get frustrated with the requests I had. He was patient. Thanks Fernando
