Palmilla Apartments, Pensacola FL

Pamilla and the staff have been amazing and super helpful! The elevator was down on my move in day (due to new construction) and they hired movers to help my movers get to the 4th floor. The apartment is spectacular and beautiful! I love it so far.

Robin is an amazing person who truly cares about helping out current and future tenants alike. Her extensive experience in this industry shone through when she went out of her way to help find me the perfect apartment at Palmilla when moving to Pensacola. I highly recommend you request to speak to Robin, she will go above and beyond to help you out!

Awesome apartments. Super clean with high end appliances, amenities. Leasing staff - Krisiti and Jamie are really organized, honest, and overall really pleasant to work with!

We are moving to Pensacola, FL soon (from Huntsville, Al). We were in town to look at apartments and we decided to check out Pamilla. The apartments are AWESOME and the Community Manager (Robin Belmont) is actually one of the reasons we have to decided to move into this complex. She is so helpful and friendly. We just love her. We had planned to look at other apartments before we made a decision, but because of Robin (and the community/complex) we decided to move to Pamilla!

I was trying to find somewhere to live in the downtown area and came across the Palmilla. After speaking with Robin, I immediately felt like the community and location would be a perfect fit. Robin's customer service was top notch and I'd highly recommend the Palmilla to anyone looking for a great place to live.

After going through the application process, I decided against moving into the Palmilla. My $350 application fee is NOT being refunded. Great development. Bad business. I hope no one else gets scammed out of $350!
