Palms Medical Group - Williston

I live about 30 minutes away, with a different Palms less than 5 minutes from my house. However, I would rather make the drive to come to this location because they are an amazing team and give me the level of care that should be given at all of the Palms locations. Thank you all!

I think that they could have been more personable and they could have explained more. I think that they were all very nice and my doctor was very good.

5 Star Service! Front office staff is friendly & efficient. Ms. Thompson, ARNP is the best, we like her very much. The nurses who work in the back office are outstanding as well. We were able to complete everything including labs for the both of us. Good customer service, something we don't see everyday.

Kristina Thompson is our APRN, she patient, knowledgeable, and listens to our concerns, office is run smmothly,

I love going to Palm medical it is convenient and I get treated very well. But I'd like to speak about Amanda the front desk receptionist. She is friendly, exceptionally proficient, always makes me feel welcome, respected, and appreciated. I wish all the receptionists were like her. It's almost a part of the healing process.to be well received, respected, and attended to with appreciation. Amanda needs a promotion, she really does.but then I would miss her, but that's okay

The dentist my kids loved; but the secretary for appointments is horrible, attitude and plain rude. They give you a hard time, just to reschedule and offer no help with checking inn everything they want done electronically; COVID is over. I drive 45 minutes to dread the communication only because my kids love the dentist there, but that’s changing.

Truly blessed to have Palms Medical Group as my health care providers.

Have never felt this level of kindness and concern in a medical situation before.

I felt very comfortable with the care and attention I received at Palms Medical Group. I expect good things to come from my visits there.

I was very happy to be able to get an appointment the same day and early.my doctor is great. Dr. Robinson takes the time to leasing to my issues and gives me great feedback.and the correct meds. I greatly recommend her.

Palms has been my primary provider for years. I like their same day scheduling and responsiveness.

While it's great to offer same day service, the ARNP staff you're able to see doesn't have authority to prescribe certain medications. Even if you're already using the medicine prescribed by hospital MD. Looking for a family practice with MD seeing patients.

Great people! From the front desk, lab, provider all professional and kind. They treat you with respect and communication with me awesome.
