Terrible company that attempted to steal from us by refusing to refund us $1200 after double charging for a pool pump. We only got our money back when Amex reversed the charge after two months. We provided all information necessary to the company showing the double charge but they still refused to refund it. They lied, and were incredibly rude while they held our money. Not to mention they missed about 50% of the pool service calls, and only when we emailed or called they would come out to perform the service we paid for on time, every month. Plenty of good pool services out there. Avoid these hacks.

Palms Pool (and specifically our pool guy, Gabe) are absolutely AMAZING! I have had other pool companies and Palms Pool is just SO much better. Gabe comes every week on our scheduled day without fail. Our pool has truly never looked better. I recommend this company to anyone that wants a professional/affordable pool company that they can rely on to keep their pool sparkling year round!

This is the first time I’ve ever done a review ever but it’s to warn the public this business should not exist. They tried to take me for over $2600 pool repair I did not need. The other helpful pool companies who helped me to uncover Palms Pool lies are ASTOUNDED by the way Palms Pools conducts business. Beware! Do NOT use this company!

Incompetent and rude at best, more likely criminal. I was charged $1200 for a pool pump and then one week later charged $1200 again for the same pool pump. Office staff Lisa and Laura refuse to issue a refund for the second charge, which initially I assumed was an honest mistake. I emailed bank statement showing proof of the double transaction. Both Lisa and Laura were extremely rude to me on the phone saying there is “nothing they can do. ” They also refuse to give owners contact information to help me resolve the matter. Infuriating.

Wish I could give a better review but I’d be lying if I did. I hired them to service my pool weekly but their attendance is very poor. They miss scheduled cleanings so there’s no point in hiring them for weekly maintenance if they aren’t there weekly. 2 stars only because when they did show the job was performed as promised.
I would recommend finding a different company if you don’t have the time to keep track of the services you’re paying for.

They did nothing. Average visit about 2 min 30 seconds, when they showed up. They are pathetic and should be out of business.

Place is a joke! Got stuck with them after our former company had to give up some accounts. They didn't do anything other than test the water and leave. They showed up this week tested the water and left, fired them shortly after. New company came few days later to test the water and it's completely out of wack. This company is a bunch of thieves!

I was transferred to Palms when my former pool servicer stopped serving the area. Palms provided very little or no service. They billed me and I paid them, but the pool always looked bad. The only time they actually serviced my pool in 3 months was one time when I complained. Other than that, they were being paid and did absolutely nothing. Photos show sand and algae they left AFTER they serviced the pool when I complained.

They dont show up! But charge your card monthly and no one answers the phone. SCAM ARTIST. Everyone please make a complaint with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation to have their license revoked.

All I can say is DO NOT use them. They billed me and never showed for many weeks until I called them and said my pool was green. Furthermore I had just replastered my pool and because of their negligence I have to pay someone else to acid wash the entire pool and hot tub to remove algae stains. And after more exploration they are very expensive relative to many others for any type of mechanical repair or new install.

They charge you but dont show up for a month now! They also raised the price inform us we only saw it coming out of the bank account. Don’t set up your account on auto pay with them. Actually dont do business with them. Ive been calling all week and left a message, they dont answer or return your calls. Waste of money and time! So rude-
