Quiet family-oriented complex that is dog-friendly for all breeds and sizes. Condo is spacious and conveniently-located with great staff. Been here for two years and never had any issues.

The stay was okay except for the amount of crime in the area, The fact that my vehicle was illegally towed.and the fact that noone is really ever at the facililty. When i tried to get them to help me with the illegal towing they basically said they had no control over it. AKA deal with it.pics attached of where my decal was.

Myself and on/off tenants have lived here without issue for years.

I live here. Place was poorly managed. Now have new managers that feel like they need to prove a point to whoever and add all these new rules. I can't even have a charcoal grill on my back patio now. What kind of BS is that? I have been here for 6 months and I still can't park my car at the complex due the car not being in my name.

Here is my problem. There's a few here old and need to be updated, but aside from that. Homeless is diffantly frequent visitors and drug activity and to top it off you people want the renters to pay for parking SMH. I can see visitors but you want to charge one wither it be tenant or visitor 3 dollars for 30 minutes if that. I believe the pay and park should be 8a.m. Until 3p.m. Then again from 8p.m. Until 8a.m. I honestly believe that this tow company professional towing preys on vehicles here. No sooner than a car parks here comes a tow truck. And I'm listening to a tow truck out here trying to tow this truck. The guy just pulled up.
