Palo Verde, West Palm Beach FL

I have been living here for two years and i have to say this place is managed very well. The staff is always friendly, anytime something needs to be fixed they come and get the job done with no issues. My son plays outside at the playground and uses the pool there hasn't been one problem. Security and staff makes sure everyone is safe. I have recommended this place to two of my coworkers and they love it here.

Raul and another maintenance guy that I don’t remember his name are very great. They come and fix any problems in a very quick and profesional way. I would highly recommend Palo verde to my peers. I’ve been living here for 2 years and never had a problem. Everyone in the office and in the field is awesome!

I've been here almost 90 days - Wanda, Ade, and all the staff are very nice, responsive and supportive for this Florida transplant. The complex is very diverse culturally, it's been nice to meet and chat with neighbors from around the world, everyone has been very nice. It also has lots of green space, trees, palms, community gardens (I've had our own garden sugar bananas, squash, cilantro and tried to figure out how to open a coconut from our trees - that one I'm still learning - lol). Many families and children are here, too, with a large playground. Myself and pets find the lizards, squirrels, ducks (and babies), birds, geese (and babies), and crane watching nice and relaxing.

I love living here in the past it was not a good placd but i now can say the manager has made a difference.

I want to give these apartments 5 star, I love Wanda she’s amazing! I’ve been here 6 years she goes over and beyond, she’s outstanding with the kids in the neighborhood and very caring. I love being an resident here! Thank you Wanda!

I had a great experience with Palo Verde! They staff is amazing and the location is great. I really enjoyed my time there. They have great customer service and a courteous maintenance team. I highly recommend Palo Verde to my friends and family.
