My parents hired them when they moved back from Puerto Rico to Florida Nov of 2022. Here we are March of 2023 still dealing with stuff. They lost my parents mattresses and we waited forever for replacements. They lost the legs to their dining room table chairs and then tried to offer $100 for the legs. They don't return calls when they know you are calling they avoid answer the phone and their story constantly changes. Avoid using this company if you care about your personal belongings.

STAY AWAY. They add hidden charges. I have known the owner personally since he worked with another moving company in chicago back in 1992. I asked him to move my 8 boxes from PR to Orlando. He said it would only be $700. When the boxes arrived and i went with a uhaul truck, he added $300 in charges which brought the total to 1,000 and that without the rental, insurance and gasoline.needless to say i had to return the truck and once i gathered the money, i rented the truck again and then expected me to load my stuff from their warehouse onto the truck. They never answer the phone and always pass the blame either on PR office or orlando office and yet its the same owner managing both offices closely traveling back and forth weekly and having family work as well. They are not worth the hassle.

Everything arrived in a timely manner, even before they told me. The people who helped me in PR were very nice and the movers in PR were amazing. Everything arrived in perfect conditions. The only thing I didnt like was that one of the movers in Miami was complaning ALL the time of his hard work, how the company takes advantage of him and how much he wants to quit. That made the moving in a little bit uncomfortable.

My experience with Pan American Movers have been horrible. First all of our moving boxes got here late, and received misinformation by the the truck driver himself. After the truck driver delivered our personal belongings, he refused to assemble our bed frame and dinner table even after we had purchased for a complete service, his words were “that is not my responsibility, take that problem with the office directly” after we “took the problem “ to them, Leslie the “manager” stated that we should have called her while they were there to ensure that they had assemble the bed frame and dinner table. When it was her company’s responsibility to do it in the first place, after asking her for a refund for the incomplete service she started indirectly calling us a liar saying that the truck driver did assemble everything when we clearly had pictures that they did not, and only just delegated the problem to the puertorrican office, which she denied to give me her supervisor’s contact information. In addition not only did they not provide the full service we paid for but also they broke my 50 inch TV. After finding out we call back to have a follow up on our refund and she kept arguing with us about how the things were assembled and delegating the problem to someone else instead of taking ownership and responsibility. Not only she was delegating the problem and giving us attitude but she also ignored completely the fact that my TV was broken and hung up in my face, we called to speak with her again and she did not want to deal with us. If I could give this review a 1 star I would and I don’t know what business owner would keep such a bad manager like Leslie to represent their company.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, NO COMMUNICATION, SUPER SLOW SERVICE. LESLIE, THE "MANAGER" HAS THE WORST ATTITUDES AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS EVER & IF YOU ASK TO TALK WITH THE REAL BOSS SHE GOES OFF ON YOU.

Said they closed at 12 noon Saturdays. Was closed at 11 and tried calling main number, no one answered and phone number posted on door is no longer in service. Maybe I will have better luck next time. Would be nice if they left early for whatever reason to leave a note at door at least.

How should I start? To say that they are IRRESPONSIBLE doesn't even begin to describe them. I decided to use them as a moving company from Puerto Rico to TEXAS and they started with the left foot. It took them 2 days to pack my things even when I told them that it would take them 2 days to do so and they said no. That it would only take 1 day. I had to reschedule my flight, extend my hotel stay and my car rental. That was around $1,200. They showed at my door in Texas with HALF my stuff. I had to call them insistently for 4 days before anyone would even return my calls. I even told them that I would do a Police report if they didn't return my calls and explain me why and where my 54 missing boxes were. After 4 days of none stop calling and employee from PR told me that it was a problem from the Orlando office and then the Orlando office told me it was a problem from the PR office. TO SAY THAT THE LEFT HAnD DOESN’T KNOW WHAT THE RIGHT ONE IS DOING IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. Today the truck driver told me that they were thinking of planning within 2 weeks to see when they were going to decide which day to plan a trip to Texas so they could deliver my belongings. So I called the PR office and spoke to another employee and I told her that a responsible company wouldn’t do what they have done. That it is unacceptable and that I needed a date of delivery for my missing 54 boxes. Her answer was that she couldn’t give me a date or when they were going to deliver them. My answer was that I had contracted the services of Pan-American to deliver my things and that a serious company would have delivered ALL MY STUFF not half and then tell me that they are waiting for a shipment from PR with other people's stuff so they could then plan a trip to include my 54 missing boxes with theirs. She did say that she was apologizing on behalf of the company and that they should have planned to deliver ALL my stuff from the get go. MY ADVICE TO YOU WHOMEVER IS READING THIS IS THE FOLLOWING. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE PAN-AMERICAN AS A MOVING COMPANY. I PAID ALMOST $11,000 TO HAVE THEM SHIP 214 ITEMS IN TOTAL AND I STILL DON'T HAVE ALL OF MY BELONGINGS. "PS" I DON’T WANT TO GET STARTED ON THE THINGS THAT THEY BROKE OR GOT HERE BROKEN IN THE PROCESS OF MOVING BECAUSE THAT IS A WHOLE NEW CHAPTER. I got a call back saying that they would deliver my missing 54 boxes on september 26. I will be crossing my fingers. To finish this review they never delivered all my stuff. Missing Items and boxes never got to my new home in Texas. Cairs, tables, tools, kitchen items, clothing, personal belongings, There is so much stuff that never arrived that years later we still are noticing that x y or z never arrived. I implore you to NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. So many family earlums broken and missing. PLEASE BE CAREFUL.
