Stopped by just to have my alternator checked Saturday morning.
Checked out fine and they noticed potential futuristic problem with the battery connections.
Fixed it, no charge.

Here is the story. I got up yesterday morning to start my car. I said, oh no, it is the battery. I went to the local parts store and they said, no, it is the alternator and it will cost $500. The nice gentleman sent me here because hint hint they are half price. They did another diagnostic test and found it was indeed my battery. I bought my battery and was on my way. I highly recommend this place. They are the nicest people. Support local! #850strong

Called for a quote to rebuild a starter. Tried selling a rebuilt one for $299. Rebuild it there for $250. OUCH Being we just got hung up with the manufacturer, priced at $219 brand new, trying to support a local business by calling here. We love supporting local businesses but when prices are gouged like this, come on.let's be reasonable. They are online for $83. This is ridiculous. Went from friendly to snide/rude as soon as I brought up the price gouging. Be fair with people and people will be fair with you.

I had my monte carlo brought in and it need a harmonic balancer and serpentine belt relaced. I was charged a fair price and felt he did a good job. Also he seemed to be a friendly person. I recommend there services
