Panama City Center for the Arts reviews
7Staff are wonderful, the venue is great, the events they plan for downtown are incredible! Great asset to the community.
We rented the main gallery to host a large gathering of 50 friends. The Center had plenty of tables and nice chairs for our elegant event. The nearby kitchen and ice machine was a great asset. The lighting, speakers in the ceiling and of course the art on the walls made it a wonderful venue. The staff is is friendly and helpful. Thank you!
I am reviewing their haunted houses. Last year, we had tickets for 7: 15 ish, but didn’t get through until after 9. While the experience was fun, it wasn’t worth the wait.
This year, we got tickets for 6 and arrived half an hour early. We were the first through, but the line steadily increased. The haunted experience was even better this year. The staff do a really good job. It seemed like they were controlling the line better this year so people with earlier ticket times went though first instead of being merged in the same line.
Loved so many of the pieces of Art work throughout the Center. Purchased some great painting notecards of artist "J" in gift shop. They have a hidden object in the Art and a clue on back of card.
Thanks
Really nice, artists are extremely talented, set up well. Clean, friendly staff.
They had an outside art show with live music. The artist painted on the side walks. I didn't get pictures of all the amazing art work because they had a great turnout. I'll be back. This is great family fun for kid's of all ages.
Pretty cool art center. Not loads of art so you won't be overwhelmed but there's lots of different pieces scattered all over- don't forget the gift shop to look at art. They have a gorgeous Christmas themed in the holiday season. When we were there, the second floor had art from one artist, trying to sell overpriced nothing. Everything except the special exhibit upstairs was fantastic. The statues upstairs are pretty cool though
