I'm Elaine Milton and Jonette helped me from the time I walked through the front door. She couldn't have been any nicer as well as her office mate. Rick performed my MRI and was very informative about each step he was doing. He too was exceptionally nice! I'm very thankful that I went there as I will again if the need arises. From start to finish my experience with PC Open MRI was great. From making the appointment to the welcoming smiling face at the front desk and the efficiency of the ultrasound tech all was a smooth process and friendly staff.

An AWESOME experience from the time you greeted at the front to the staff at the back - I would recommend 10 out 10

First, I give the lady at the front desk 5 stars. She was extremely nice. I had a scan of my nasal cavity and "Bob" called me to do the scan. He's NOT a people person. Wasn't nice or polite.

Such a Great Team, from the front office to the image area. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful at assessing my needs!

The staffs are friendly and very accommodating. Got my Mom right in. The atmosphere is inviting and very clean and made us quite comfortable.

I scheduled my appointment w/ ease. Immediately upon entering the building, I found the front desk staff welcoming. Once in the back, Rachel was prompt and made the experience easy as possible considering my complications. A big THANK YOU to all the staff for accommodating me, I know you were busy.

Was a great experience with Amber and Brock. They work great together as a team and really helped me feel comfortable. I appreciated knowing what was coming next and how it would make me feel. I do recommend PC Open MRI.

I got a CT done today and my entire experience was amazing. The ladies at the front desk were very kind and worked fast. The tech's Brock and Amber were AMAZING! Both were kind and personable and worked fast to take care of me get my scan and get a copy of the images right then. I also had the pleasure of working with Jaci and Jazmine while getting scheduled. The staff was incredible and the office was very clean. Beautiful office, staff and experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I don’t think I have ever experienced going to check into a doctors office and having the ladies degrade & talk awful about another patient.
An elder woman showed up to her appointment 4 hours early. They even named her in front of me. Talked bad about how her hair was in pigtails, how she has no clue what’s going on, and even “mocked” her. I looked at them and frowned, and they said “we are talking about our little old friend behind you. ” The woman was sitting right there.
This showed extreme lack of professionalism.
I didn’t get the name of the two women who were checking me in. But it was around 8: 30am 10/11/23. I hope management sees this & does a thorough training on how to be professional in the work place, and not degrade patients in front of other patients. Do better.

Guy who did my X-rays was super kind & professional however. He gets 5 stars!

We had a great experience with this group from the moment we talked to the receptionist as we walked in. She was very warm and welcoming. We had a very short wait before my mom was called back to do the MRI. She said the guys helping her get the MRI done were super nice and accommodating of her age and need to go to the bathroom before she started. They got us a disc to take home. The only reason we didn’t give them 5 stars is they had trouble getting the scan report faxed to our doctor when they said it would be there. But we called the day we were meeting with the doctor when we found out it was not there yet and they faxed it again and they received it. Overall we had a very good experience and we would recommend this place to others.

From the front desk to the mri the experience was timely and smooth. Was concerned after reading reviews but pleasantly surprised. Had procedure on Friday, doctor had results on Monday.

This place has become a total waste of time. I have been waiting over a week now to get preauthorization for an MRI. I checked with my insurance company today and they don't have a preauthorization request for the MRI. Who the heck is working on getting this done? I'm checking now to see who else is in my network. I'm obviously in pain and need to get this done so I can get an appointment to see my neurosurgeon. I won't be coming back here, ever.

Helpful kind, caring & compassionate. Short waiting time. These are the sweetest people. Highest recommendation to all. Everyone was on their game & eager to help in any way.
