Got a really cute mood ring here! Didnt love being accused of stealing for taking the little piece of paper that comes with the ring though lol the woman there wasnt very nice and ran up to me asking if i was gonna pay for my ring (which i of course was) the second i grabbed the mood chart like she had her eyes on me and was waiting for me to steal

This is my first time ordering from Panama Hats. My rating is based on the diversity of products offered, quality of the products, price and speed of delivery.

And I shall return to this business for anything I need that they offer for sale.

Loved this store! A HUGE selection of hats with the kindest of staff! They helped navigate me to the petite hat section & provided feedback on what looked best on me. Very reasonable prices, which surprised me for being in the heart of old town St. A. Lovely experience & best hat store I have EVER visited!

This is the only hat shop I use, and it is 100 miles from my home. Three years ago, my wife and I visited St. Augustine from Orlando. I went in and Tony found me the perfect beige Panama hat. I have worn it almost daily ever since. It shows my wear, but it is in as good of shape as it was the day I bought it.

Yesterday we went back to St. Augustine for both pleasure and to get a new hat. I wanted a nicer white Panama hat for dress. This time I walked out with a bleached white fino Panama hat with a few hat bands.

This store carries just about every style of hat from many manufacturers. And Tony will make sure that your new hat fits and makes any adjustments necessary. For instance, my hat requires 3 foam inserts for me to get the best fit. He does it all.

All of the employees are great. My wife got 2 new hats yesterday. One of the ladies worked with her to help her find the exact hats she wanted.

I have a few fedoras and now 2 Panama hats. I will be going back again when I want to replace a hat or just want a new one. I love hats, and The Panama Hat Co.of St. Augustine is the only place I go to for them. Their selection is great, the service is top notch, and all of the employees are very friendly.

My husband and I have bought over 20 hats here over the years. The staff is excellent, but the product is even better. These hats are lifetime treasures.

Great selection of hats! All styles, all price points. I got a cute bucket hat for $13, but they also had high end brands like Tilley hats among with others

Really cool hat company! All of their hats are really good quality, and the people there are quite helpful and nice. The inside of the store has interesting old pictures on the wall with various celebrities wearing hats. It is a great stop in town!
